I cannot say enough good things about Mandeep. She is exceptional at her job. For the past 8 years I have had a numbing mouth wash for cleanings at my old dentist office and since I moved, I have been so nervous to go to another office. She was so gentle, always checking in and made me feel so comfortable. I didn’t need any numbing aid thought out my clean, it was painless. Highly recommend her, she’s the best!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Long waiting to be seen, but that is the case with everything medical around here. Over all I will recommend this dentist. I dont ever give 5 stars to nobody. I firmly believe that there is always room for improvement in any business.

Great team! Everyone is so friendly and professional. I've had bad experiences with other dentists not listening to me about pain level but at Cowichan Valley Dental everyone is always attentive to make sure I have the best experience possible. The Dentists are great, the hygeinists are great, the office staff are great. It's just a great dental clinic.

Great experience being at this clinic. The staff is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The hygienist and dentist were gentle. The facilty is clean.
The office is pretty accommodating with booking specific dates or times for your schedule. Very happy to be a patient there.

Cassie is amazing. She is personable, friendly, hilarious AND great at her job. As someone who is nervous in the dentist chair I actually look forward to going in because of her level of care & service. Cleanings are a breeze here!
