The whole team is so kind, warm, welcoming and calm. I went for a consultation and Dr Tyra Cross was so informative. Even though the consultation revealed that orthodontic work isn’t necessary for me she took the time to address all my concerns and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of orthodontics. I left feeling very happy and will highly recommend Cowichan Valley Orthodontics in the future. 😄

The entire team was so kind, compassionate, and patient with my son. He has sensory sensitivies, and they made sure to explain each step so that he knew what to expect and they would stop for a moment when he needed some time. His teeth look AMAZING after having braces for 20 months. Worth every penny! Thank you, CVO, for an amazing experience for my boy (and his parents)!! I will forever recommend you.

My 6 year old son recently had an appointment with Dr. Cross and her team, here at Cowichan Vally Orthodontics.
I'm happy to report that from the moment we stepped into the office we were all treated with amazing care. The Dr. and her staff took extra time to meet with us, answer our questions, and help us make our son as comfortable as possible before his procedure.
We really appreciated the care and attention the whole team paid us, and we are grateful for the high-quality work they put in to help my son.
