I called over 440 times from Feb 26th until April 1st. They stop the calls at noon even though the recording says 12:30 and I got through March 6th but was hung up on.

I went in person and begged the woman to help me. I was emotionally distraught and sobbing. I just needed a prescription filled that the Maple App won't help with.
The receptionist coldly dismissed me and told me to text because they still had appointments.
I texted and left, ended up having a panic attack and ended up in the ER.

I understand that the receptionist must get hassled alot, but I went through every step I was told to do and I tried my damnedest to convey that I was not in a good place. There was zero empathy, just cold, dismissive disdain.

Btw I was never texted back about an appointment like she assured me I would be.

It may take some time to receive a response. I’ve never gone without receiving one. They are doing the best they can. Remember they are short staffed and recently received an influx of patients.

Some problems with getting an appointment due to call in line but still got through after a few tries.Each time I got in the same day.Well kept place for cleanliness.

I was advised of this clinic by a nurse at 811, who said I should be seen within 24hrs based on my symptoms. She told me of the text option and what times to text to get an appointment. I followed her instructions and texted the clinic when I got to work at 8:30 am. I was called back within an hour or two, when the clinic opened, and asked of my symptoms and whether I would like to be seen virtually or in- clinic. I chose in-clinic because of my symptoms and got an evening appointment same day. The receptionists were wonderful and Dr. Corscadden was knowledgeable and efficient. He promptly gave me the examination, prescription and ordered a CT scan for me. Very pleased.

It would be super if people would listen and follow directions. Phones open at 11, they take appointments then, once booked they stop taking calls. Friendly staff

Incredibly rude hostile people working there who are uninterested in booking any appointments.
Bookings supposedly start at 11 on weekends so I drove there from st Martin’s to make sure I got an appointment. When I walked in after 11 and tried to explain that the phones were turned off I was scolded and thrown out.
An hour later the phone did not get turned on and nobody answered our calls or text.
How is one to deal with this?
A waste of time and emotional energy.

I was hesitant at first going to the crown street walk in clinic due the the bad reviews I’d seen but I was pleasantly surprised by their efficiency, attitude and ambiance. The texting feature to make an appointment really facilitates that process. The nurse was kind and clear during triage and when we arrived for our appointment. There was no wait. The space is clean and well put together and the doctor was attentive and helpful. Would use their services again

They don’t answer calls, I’ve been calling for a month at various times. Phones don’t get turned on like they claim. Apparently they aren’t taking text messages today either
