Wow. Can’t recommend this local business, enough. The whole experience of purchasing our J200 Jacuzzi series from Jim right after pandemic and the continued support that Sean, Jenny, Andrew and rest of the team provided is outstanding. We were lucky that we could find the one spacious, stylish and modern hot tub that we wanted right next to our home while we were looking for one, everywhere across the BC. We were presented with all the features and options and made an informed decision. We have been having the tech coming in for regular maintenance and water refreshment on quarterly basis, that gives us piece of mind that the unit is in good shape for the years to come. Every time we arrange for that, it’s get done in a matter of couple days and we don’t even don’t notice it as the team know they way around our backyard 🙂 recently we had an issue with a unit not turning on after a power shut down in our home, given that we had guests coming over for the weekend, upon our request, Jenny had a tech come and fixed the problem with the part in a matter of an hour. Now, that’s some customer service that you wouldn’t find everywhere and that’s what keeps this business alive for the years to come. Much appreciated, folks. Keep up the good work.

Huge store with a wide variety of products, including chemicals, pool vacuum cleaners, pool equipment, patio furniture, BBQs, and more. I enjoyed my shopping experience here, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly staff.
