Staff here are so friendly, kind, and empathetic, and aware of making sure clients have their consent for any touching or helping- very trauma-informed. The space is accessible with an elevator, and is decorated with queer and trans posters, signs and decor which makes it very welcoming and inviting. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs compression garments. FYI I went to another place before this and bought something that wasn't the right fit for me, definitely go here first!!!

I went in after my top surgery to see if I could get a different post op binder (my surgeon provided one but it was very scratchy and dug into my armpits). This meant figuring out sizes overtop of the surgical binder and kinda guessing the right size. I just came back from my post op appointment, which was the first time I was allowed to take the other binder off and switch it, and the new one works beautifully and is so much more comfortable.

Also, zee was very kind. I know I came in 6 days post op, having not been allowed to shower since then and wearing the binder 24/7 to that point, but she was still willing to measure and help me get the right size! I absolutely recommend going here for anyone who needs a post op compression binder.

Amazingly helpful and super nice. Im trans and post op 2 weeks after a breast augmentation but was struggling to find a good comprehension/surgical bra as well as advice/input on what to get (doctor said I could wear front closing bras after 2 weeks, the current one I have is a massive surgical binder thats uncomfortable and seems overkill). I was able to try on 2 different styles they recommended after a quick measurement. Super satisfied with my purchase and the whole process 🙂

I need to start this review off by saying it is WAY overdue and very much owed.

I had such an incredible experience with my fitting with Jenny!! I can't say enough good things. I was honestly initially very nervous to go in for my fitting because I had to go in alone (my partner would have normally come in with me but she had to watch over my dog while I went in for my fitting) and I didn't have any familial support, so it was really intimidating to go in alone. I was already really nervous with pre-operation jitters and didn't know what to expect.

What a surprise it was to be greeted by such a warm and kind personality like Jenny. She was totally chill and welcoming - never made me feel ashamed of my body or invalid of my gender identity. For context, I have body dysmorphia and dysphoria and the process was super smooth to get my post-op binder fitting. She used my correct pronouns and made the space feel super calm and safe. At the time, I was wearing a Florence + the Machine shirt and we bonded over her recent concert in Vancouver.

This sounds sappy but Jenny filled in a spot in my heart in terms of support where I "should've" had someone close to me accompanying me to prep appointments like this (like a mother/father). I'm naturally an anxious person but she immediately soothed those worries away - even to the point of reassuring me of the surgery to take place and touched on some of the experiences of others. Kind of mom-vibey and it's EXACTLY what I needed in that moment - even if it was a brief encounter. It's hard to describe, but her whole ethic and outlook on gender-affirming care really spoke leagues on the type of ship she runs and the support she offers to the community. How strange it is to get more support from your binder-fitter than your own family - but I wouldn't have had it any other way. Jenny is awesome.

I left feeling elated and even excited for the surgery. I didn't know such kind people existed - especially in a world that is particularly hateful and harsh towards queer folks. I can't suggest Jenny and her team enough.

TLDR: if I could give more stars, I would. Jenny and her team are awesome - I highly recommend for any pre-op for top surgery folks out there who are nervous about their fitting and are needing a merchant that is LGBTQ+ friendly AND pronoun savvy.

I'm 10 months post-op now and healed very well, and I'd like to thank Jenny for her expertise and experience recommendation on the binder. It helped me tremendously when healing.

Thank you so much Jenny + team!!! I will shout your praises everywhere - even to my surgeon LOL.

(I was recommended to Jenny's fitting services by Dr. Genoway)
