Our installer was very professional, the prep work he did leveling the old Townsite attic subfloor was above and beyond. The final product is amazing.
Good pricing and quantity products.

We are in the process of doing a small kitchen refresh and added a tile backsplash. Our experience working with Customs Flooring was excellent. They had a large selection of wall tiles to choose from, the price point was reasonable, and the timeline was quick. And the service was great too. Here are some before and after photos too. I've worked with Crystal a few times now, she's always so happy to help & find out availability on products and prices for me. When my favorite mosaic tile was discontinued, she found me something so similar and I loved it even more. I've renovated 2 bathrooms with her help and knowledgeable expertise on finishes. Had a great experience here. Staff were pleasant and the store looks clean and upkept. I ordered my tiles and flooring no problem. Only issue I had was trying to decide what I want. Unfortunately, I was unable to find the pattern and color I really wanted, but it wasn't an issue at this store, more a problem overall of no one having it. Very knowledgeable and the installer who did my tiles was fast and did a good job.
