I do not spend the time to write reviews, but i will for this company after getting the kind of service i got from them.

Debbie and Jake have been very helpful with finding the parts for my zero turn mower. Very accommodating people. I highly recommend them for equipment and servicing/warranties.

Excellent place. Excellent prices. Excellent staff. They completed the sale from a distance in a day and arranged for pickup the next day. I hit a problem when loading my tractor and not only did they stay 2 hours late to help, they then helped me get my tractor home. I could not have asked for more, literally. They went above and beyond.

Dan R parts department has achieved a new low for customer service and accuracy. Tractor has been down over 3 weeks now. A promised next day delivery on a part was the wrong one, second one, the wrong one too. Then the excuses began ending with the manager (Jonathon) not even returning phone calls.
In response to Jonathon's reply, why should I hear your excuses over this forum, you promised you would call me. The excuses etc are fabrications as I was able to get the right pump from Byers Tractor Supply in no time at all. FYI, I could have bought the exact part needed on Amazon but I wanted to shop local + the delivery time was 2 weeks from and we needed the tractor right away. Turns out trusting Dan R turned the 3 week down time into 6 weeks. Run as fast you can from this dealer, unless you don't mind having your equipment down and out with no concern on their part.

I highly recommend Johnathon and the folks at Dan-r!! Firstly let me say that my 17 year old is the owner of a landscape company in west Ottawa.

John listened to his requirements and fitted him into the tractor that best fit his needs. Though not able to actually buy the tractor(age) the folks at Dan-r treated my son as an equal buyer in the process. It’s the small things like that which sets Dan-r apart from the rest.

Dan-r contacted a buyer for our current tractor, and was able to negotiate the best selling price on our behalf. During our many back and forth conversations John became aware that our current implements would not be the best fit for the new tractor. His no pressure approach felt more informative than a selling tactic, and the choice to upgrade implements was an easy one!

Dan-r made the whole experience feel like we were part of the family and I’m not sure who was more excited , Jonathon or my son when the tractor arrived.

Covid 19 had a drastic effect on all industries. Tractors became highly sought after with news that there was a shortage of available stock. On short notice, the team at Dan-r was able to find a second tractor.and matching implement.

Turn around times on service is far less than expected, because they work harder to treat every customer the same..!! Very impressive to know that they consider my 60hp tractor as important as the 220jp tractor... especially in the fall when farmers need to collect crops.

I would give Dan-r more stars if I could !! From sales to service, the team is top notch. I appreciate the family feeling that we get, and would never consider buying anywhere else!!
