I went to Delta Water Products for some supplies for drip lines and at first was unfortunately sold in the incorrect part by a newer staff member. After talking to the team there they made sure to make it right and sent my home with all brand new material and were so kind during the process! I will definitely be returning in the future 🙂

This isn't a hit against Delta, but against the Franklin product they sell. I have had wells on my various properties for 30 years and never had an issue. Put in a new well and cistern 3.5 yrs ago and the Franklin pumps and subdrive were installed. Had both of them fail shortly after the 3 yr warranty period and they will do nothing. Not sure what components they are now using in their products, but I will recommend looking for other manufacturers. Note: I always run surge protectors on my electrical panels to protect my IT towers. Stay away from Franklin products

This place is amazing! The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. My family is starting out acreage living and they were able to confidentially answer every question I had, including how to plan for future updates needed to live more off grid. Jamie and Gary were incredibly helpful, they took the stress out of getting us set up for Water and Septic. 🙂

Had an issue with my submersible cistern pump. Came in to buy a new one. They figured out the problem with my old system. Got me the right part. Saved me a lot of money. Great crew over there. Definitely would recommend.

I am so thoroughly pleased with my interactions with this business!

I was looking for support for my well and reached out to Delta for guidance. I was directed to Jamie and we quickly diagnosed the best course of action. Jamie invited me to visit Delta and directed me to ask for him upon arrival so he could ensure I got the products I needed.

Upon entering Delta’s new premise I found it to be clean, organized, bright and the staff were quick to acknowledge me. Every single staff I spoke with was friendly and quick to offer assistance—there are few worse experiences than entering a store only to have staff avoid eye contact and ignore a potential customer.

I noticed some sprinklers at the front of the store and inquired about their suitability for my intended use. The gal who processed the sale was very personable, offered insight on their differences and broke down a couple quotes depending on which options I wanted.

Pursuant to my purchase, I contacted Jamie a few more times with questions and every single time he answered or returned my calls with the same pleasant demeanour.

I feel like my business, however big or small, is valued. Delta seems to know a happy customer is a return customer and I am confident they provide the same high quality of customer service whether it’s responding to a minor question or a major purchase.

I will happily do business with them again!

The product selection is amazing, the store is very organized and the stock levels are rock solid. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
