I cannot recommend Dr. Hatfield and his team enough! From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that everyone genuinely cares about your well-being. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to ensure you feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Hatfield is truly the best in his field. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, understand your needs, and works with you to achieve exactly what you want. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated and compassionate. Dr Hatfield and staff are fabulous. Their approach to skin care has a knowledge base that is sensible and caring. Dr. Hatfield has years of medical experience in the field and it is apparent in the treatment plans. I went in with age spots and other concerning facial changes. I am excited to say that I have great skin now, free of spots and deep wrinkles. The results were beyond what I expected. Conditions I had such as skin sun damage have also been addressed and treated successfully. I can not recommend Dr Hatfield and his team if you are looking for medical skin care.

I wanted to get some spots looked at and possibly removed on my skin and spider veins removed. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about everything and I would highly recommend them. Mr Hatfield give me a thorough breakdown, procedures that could help and if its worth it. The lady that did the laser treatment on my spider veins was very informative about removing the spider veins. It was a quick procedure. Both of them asked for consent before proceeding and are very professional.

Absolutely love the whole team at Dermapure. Getting a treatment done for the first time can be nerve wracking but I’ve never felt more confident and secure at a clinic. The ladies go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, informed, and are leaving with a positive experience. They genuinely care and have lots of empathy and huge hearts. I am OBSESSED with my lips! I’ve been to a few doctors in the city that have given me lip filler and I can’t say enough about how wonderful my results are. Dr Hatfield is an artist and very detailed, he has the confidence to tell you what is best for you (which I personally love because he’s the artist and I’d rather have someone advising me what’s best for my face than asking me). I also love that they use my fav quality brand of filler. He gave me a ‘pouty’ lip that looks lifted and youthful .. I’m so happy.

Referred here by my skin technician who I’ve been with for years. She’s a client here and knows the latest skin treatment news in town. I find the clinic bright, clean, and organized. Staff are trained, gentle, and friendly.
Dr. Rosenthal for many years has set a high standard in the Victoria skin care market, I look forward to see how Dermapure would perform.
