Terrible experience. I called to get service, and cancelled before they even made the appointment to come to my house. I never recieved service. Or even a service appointment to my house. They are trying to make me pay 100 bucks for literally nothing. I would have no issue paying a disconnection fee. But they never connected me in the first place. Now I have recieved 4 emails from them in a month for money I don't owe them because they never rendered a service. Scam.

I've been with Devtel since I moved to the valley in 2018.

Service is top notch. You wouldn't get service like this with a big company.

Just upgraded to a faster internet and they did a great job explaining the upgraded hardware and it was a simple plug and play when I got it home.

Ed is the man! I was cutting old tv cable out of my wall or at least I thought I was. I cut the cable to my router. I called Devtel and Ed was at my house in an hour and ran new cable and got the internet up and running again at no cost! You'll never get that kind of service from anyone else! On top of the outstanding service they make on going contributions to local non profits like Braille Mountain Initiative and have the fastest internet in the valley. Devtel is the only way!

Amazing service!!!!! I managed to fry my modem which left me without Internet whileI was running my business,no internet =no way to charge clients. I called the there customer service and within minutes ed showed up and replaced my modem!!!!!
Try to get such a swift response from other Internet provider in the valley-not likely!!!
If you one a Business devtel is the only way to go!!!!
