He doesn’t take his patients seriously, doesn’t take their time into consideration (and will often call late past the original appointment time, which means they often get missed as we can’t be waiting around all day for him) this is people’s health at steak here, as a doctor you should be managing your time more appropriately, it’s incredibly unprofessional. and their receptionist was INCREDIBLY rude, do not have him as your doctor, they don’t even read the reviews because people are just “unhappy” why are they so unhappy if you’re doing your job right? Oh because you’re not.

An edit: need proof that the receptionist is rude? Look at their responses to these other reviews. If you can’t handle speaking with a bunch of people every day, then don’t have a job that has you doing so. Also, posting publicly about your clients appointment times is incredibly unprofessional, as well as other personal information on a review that has since been deleted. Again, not taking their clients into consideration, do not give them your business, they will speak to you the same way they’re writing their responses here. All these people are looking for is appropriate medical care.

Dr. Haslett is not a pill pushing Physician. I love that about him. I am responsible for my health. Allopathic medicine can only control symptoms. Cures nothing. We all need to stop expecting our family physician to be a magician. He does a great job.

Took me 4 years to finally get a Dr in NB. Well worth the wait. Never a waiting time for your scheduled appointment. Very thorough.

I had a phone appointment with him, he called over 30 minutes late I ended up putting my phone down snd when he called I just missed it. I called back immediately, literally 10 seconds after he called. His receptionist was very rude and condescending. Said I should have answered and that maybe he will call later, maybe not. This appointment was about my mental health and I was treated like an inconvenience. Even though he was the one who was very late. Very unprofessional. I already had to wait over a month for that appointment.

I dont even know where to start. I have never met people who are more caring. I was struggling really bad with mental health and dr. Hasslet always listened to me, through my tears, never rushed with me and I felt like he really cared. For the first 2 years going to see him i was strictly focused on my mental health. He understood my aniexty struggle and has helped to accommodate me and as well as his wife. They always gave me references for places to go to as well as always talked in soft tones which made me feel like they cared. I moved to nova scotia for a year and a half and they still kept me on. I would make the 4 hour drive to see them because he cared and this was the first time in my life I had a doctor listen to me. And not just belittle my issues. I've never felt so lucky to have had them take me on as a patient. Thank you for all the work that you guys do. Mr. And mrs. Hasslet. You are truely wonderful.

He is an awful doctor who needs to move on out of sussex he makes seniors who live 40 mins away and can only talk about one problem, screams and women tells them to get of the phones and to get out of his office . I will say right now if anything medically happens to my elder parents I will be seeing him in court trust no way to give zero so I had to hit one star
