Not only does Sheila have over 27+ years of experience, but she is also highly educated with 2 Bachelor's Degrees & 1 Master's Degree. Her educational background in Occupational Therapy, Psychology & Health Promotion is ideal for supporting individuals in their journey to overcome adversity -- successfully. I have observed Sheila to be a professional that provides genuine care for her clients. She treats them as people & not as a number. This is an important quality to look for too. My name is Chris La Pointe. I am a Canadian Forces Veteran with 10 years service and a deployment to Afghanistan. I've been in various kinds of therapies over the last decade of my life, with very little success. I was medically released due to PTSD in 2015.

I have been working with Sheila as my Occupational Therapist/Case Manager for over one year now, and I have made more progress with her in the last year, than I have in the last 10 years combined.

Sheila is a great listener. She is kind, honest, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. My ability to manage my symptoms, and my life has drastically improved since working with her.
