Great experience. Booked and paid online, had to reschedule a day earlier but was easy to do that as well online. Went to convenient location in NW on U of C campus. Location is well marked by signs as you approach the parking lot in the little business park area. Entrance is on NE corner of bldg. Free parking readily available right outside, Efficient check-in and sample taken about 3 pm on sched. Was not too busy mid-day mid-week. Signs in the sampling area clearly explain the timing for provision of results, and request you use email not phone if you need to make contact. We received our results about 11 pm that same day, so only 8 hours later, excellent. We had built in a window of having to wait about 36 hours max, having had bad experiences with results timing elsewhere, where "24 hours" turnaround suddenly became 36 hours. 8 hours was stellar, but I recommend still planning to wait for 24 hours, and not count on less. The price is about one half of what I paid elsewhere, so excellent value as well. Testing is a critical and stressful requirement for most international travel, I hope this detail helps others a bit with there planning. No guarantees - YMMV!

Had a great experience having our family tested for a recent trip. The staff were friendly and efficient. We were originally supposed to take a PCR Test but due to recent relaxed requirements only needed a Rapid Antigen Test. They were able to switch our Test Type during our appointment and refunded us the difference! Received results right away. Would definitely use again.

Very quick, and affordable compared to other companies. We were in and out in a few minutes and PCR test results were delivered in about 7 hours which ensured we had them in time for our flight. I would use them again for any future testing.

Booked 3 tests for my 2 sons and I. One son got Covid the weekend before our Monday afternoon test so we were not able to get refunded as I didn’t give 24 hours notice.
Staff were courteous, friendly and good with my 8 year old son. Tried phoning a couple times to get info or cancel my appointment and no answer or answering machine so that was inconvenient. They did answer emails though.
We were promised our test results in 24 hours but had them in about 6 hours.
Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend Equity Health.

I did CPR test for international travel and very satisfied with the service. Easy online appointment booking, fast sample taking (out in less than 10 mins), result delivered in like 6 hours.

My only con is that you cannot get them on phone if you have question. No one picks the call it and it goes to a voicemail box that is full. I have to go to the office in person.

Other than I am very pleased with price and timely delivery of their service. I recommend them and will go there again!

I am very happy with their service. Easy to book an appointment, easy access to the facility and very convenient parking lot. The price is the cheapest in Calgary to have PCR test. The staff were friendly, and very punctual. We had zero waiting time and we received the result in a secure format by the time that we were supposed to. I appreciate your service.

Great service, very accommodating and fast PCR test turn around. My experience here was fantastic. I originally booked rapid tests for my whole family (4 of us) and I had to change it to PCR last minute.

We were in at 9am out at 920 and results came in at 2pm.

I can thank enough the team from Equity Health services for their help.

We are ready for our trip tomorrow. 🙂

Used Equity a couple of times now. First time was just a pre-travel run to test service and get my kids comfortable with nose swab. Staff was super friendly, great with my kids and we got results in 3 hours. Second time was the day before our departure and again, testing was quick and we were in and out in minutes. Results came back in about an hour, but I noticed the times were incorrect. Tried calling but no response and voicemail full so I had to drive back to get the times corrected. Staff was helpful to get it corrected and send new results. I should have checked the new results better while at the clinic because I didn't notice the QR code were missing on results until an hour later. Had to go back to clinic because no one was picking up the phone. They corrected the results but the whole ordeal was stressful and inconvenient. Fortunately, the staff was apologetic, professional and courteous. Ensure you double check your results for accuracy.
