What a fantastic place it is. I came with my 18 years old Saeco Talea coffee machine to Espresso Dolce in Vancouver on Boundary Road. Ali Belyani who came to to the counter to see me just smiled and said: I have not seen this one for a very long time. He very quickly check what was wrong with my unit. Unfortunately, it would take a long time to get a part for my machine from Italy. But then he smiled again and said: just wait a minute, I may have something for you. He went to look for part in what I have called “museum of parts”. Couple of minutes later he comes back with old, previously used part. Installed it and my coffee machine came instantly back to life. While installing that part Ali has also noticed that one o-ring should be replaced. Fortunately, he had that one in stock. Replacement of it took him maybe 15 seconds. And guess how much he has charged me for it? For diagnostic of the problem with my machine, he charged me NOTHING. For used part which was drip container with sensor, he has charged me NOTHING. For o-ring I had to pay just over $6.00 and for his work he charged me NOTHING! If he took my coffee machine to the back of his shop, tested it and found that old part he had on hand would work, he could have asked me to leave machine with him and came back within i.e. one hour. Upon my return, he could have told me that he installed used part and my coffee machine is working now. He could have charge me for it let’s say $100.00 but he did not!!! If you are looking for hones shop to have your coffee machine repaired or serviced, just go there. How beautiful world would be if all professionals were as honest as Mr. Ali Belyani? You can repair your machine there but you can also buy new machine if you are on the market for one. Whenever my unit will finally die for good there is no doubt in my mind where I am going to go to buy new one. I am not even going to try to compare for prices of new machines. This type of business with such high customer care standards deserves our full support. We want such place to be in business for many, many years to come. I am so glad that I bumped into this charming little store a half year ago while I was searching to repair my espresso machine. I was so impressed with the staff with their sincerity, kindness and their product knowledge, specially nice looking guy named Ali. So I ended up buying a new Quick Mill espresso machine along with Eureka grinder.
I fell in love with these equipments thinking I made the right decision to take Ali’s recommendation.
As always, they welcomed me again when I dropped in yesterday with my machine for a repair. Within hours the problem was corrected and I am back home without missing my daily cup of great latte. And I must admit my gratitude towards Ali who carried the heavy machine back to my vehicle. Thanks guys, you’re the best.

Espresso Dolce is so aptly named. In addition to being sweet, the service is absolutely considerate and kind, plus extremely knowledgable. I've called on them several times these past few years. Whether it's a replacement pump, or a small obscure filter, they either have it, take time to look for it or at least give one hope of finding it. Prices are very reasonable and their customer service is priceless.

I brought my Espresso machine in as I was having issues. They located and fixed the problem. The service and professionalism they provided were excellent. They found the issue and my espresso machine is back pumping out great shots of coffee again. Very reasonable price to repair.
