Fantastic clinic - Our family doctor Dr. Hobza and dermatologist Dr. O’Connor have been absolutely wonderful. They are able to get us in for appointments in a timely manner and have proceeded to handle all situations with care, kindness and produced only positive results with advice/ medication provided. I would highly recommend. Reception staff has always been excellent at responding to inquiries!

Been going here with my family for over 5 years now. My step kids moved away and they told me they were accepting new patients after the new year this year, we have been trying to get my mother in law(who lives with us) with our family doctor but I called in the new year and they said they weren't accepting new patients and wouldn't accept my mother in law with our family even though my two teen step kids moved away. What a joke. They don't tell you when your family doctor is going to be on vacation and if you call for a walk in phone appointment right when they open they absolutely won't have any available. They were referring my daughter who needs tonsil surgery to a clinic that had a 18 month wait for a consultation, I called the clinic and they dont even deal with tonsils anymore but hillside was adement that we go with this doctor. I called and got reffered to Dr.Brake myself and not even a month later we got her appointment done. Will continue going here as it's hard to get a new family doctor, but not very impressed. They do however squeeze me in for appointments when they can (when my doctor and his assistant aren't on vacation) which I appreciate hence why I am rating 2 stars not 1.

Worse and worse. Medimap shows that they have walk-in appointments available - 40 minute wait - reported by clinic 11 mins ago, yet when you call, an automated system guides you through prompts and tells you they are booked for the day. If you would like a phone appointment for Saturday, please call the office, however there is no option to talk to a human, so this is impossible. Just stop calling yourself a walk in clinic! such a shame; this used to be a great clinic.

I used the walk in clinic and when i went in the receptionist asked no questions and barely spoke to me. Already got bad vibes. I then got a checkup and the doctor made me feel very belittled and humiliated for even trying to figure out what was wrong with me. They told me they would call me in a week with my test results, a week passes and no contact. I call them and they decline my call. I called a second time and left a message and received no call back.

Rude, strange, emotional receptionist. I just popped in to ask how I can see a Doctor to sign a bill of health for a job. The girl at the desk escalated immediately, with the word " no" and spoke to me like I was trying g to "get" something, and I just hatched from an egg and don't understand the system. It was terrible No need for such rudeness. I'm now about to head out and I'll go to another walk-in based on my friends recommendation . I don't need to be treated like dirt this morning thankyou.

Website and phone massaging state opens at 8:30. Been trying since 8:30 and it goes to voicemail mail saying it’s outside business hours. Somebody’s asleep at the job? Very frustrating.

This place is unbelievably miserable. The admin team I dealt with were so grumpy and touchy; I noticed they were rude to others asking simple questions, even senior citizens.

Worse yet, the doctor was extremely unhelpful and rushed me out the door without listening to my needs and concerns; he gave no feedback, no advice - expressed nothing and was not personable whatsoever.

Unfortunately with doctor shortages, people are forced to use walk-in clinics like this but I strongly suggest looking elsewhere and avoiding this place.

They don’t send appointment reminders, but then want to charge you $50.00 for a missed appointment? Miscommunicated dates, but then showed up the following day only to be told I missed my appointment and owe them almost two hours worth of my wages while also losing out on wages for showing up there on the wrong day? Our healthcare system really has gone down the toilet. The woman at the front with a mask on her face has an extremely off putting attitude, to top it off. Never going back, which is disappointing since the doctor actually seemed lovely.

Edit: Also just looked up our healthcare compensation for practitioners. Paid $130.00 hourly, and $25.00 per visit, regardless of the time spent with a patient. So really, they make double by charging $50.00 for a no show. Absolutely disgusting. Everyone is struggling, most are like myself on a wait list for a practitioner for 4 or more years, and you’re charging obscene prices while maintaining front desk staff with next to no people skills, let alone the acuity and compassion to be in a healthcare setting. Do better.
