Amazing service! I went to the store to get my sunglasses repaired, and I was genuinely impressed. The staff was not only friendly and welcoming, but also very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain how to properly care for my glasses and made sure everything was adjusted perfectly for comfort and fit.

It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and it really made a difference, many thanks!

Very impressed by Dr. Li, who was extremely thorough with her assessment of my eye health and recommendations for prevention. She mentioned observations that were never told to me or even on the radar at other clinics. Location is very easy to get to, right at the new west station.

Was able to use my group insurance claim without hassle and the staff guided me through different choice of glass frame and the option they recommended for my need.

I came here for a second opinion and had a full eye exam with Dr Li. She really listened and heard my reason for being there (night vision glare). She took her time to discuss my eye health, showed me images, and explained what could be causing the problem.
She was honest, saying that my prescription is so low that it's really optional whether or not I wanted the glasses. For my dry eyes and excessive blinking, she suggested regular and prescription antibiotic drops. In comparison, the last optometrist I went to only wanted to sell me laser surgery packages for my dry eyes.
Overall, very impressed and appreciate Dr. Li's honesty and the rest of the staff's helpfulness!

I recently went to EyeHaus for the first time after it was recommended to me, and I had a great first experience! Dr. Li and all of the staff were very thorough throughout the exam process as well as in helping me order a pair of glasses - which were incredibly ready for me to take home within 45 minutes! After a thorough eye exam with Dr. Winnie Li, I decided to go with Ortho-K lenses for my son, and now his nearsightedness is under control. Dr. Winnie is highly professional and responsible, taking great care to examine my son's eyes carefully and ensuring the best treatment. I am very satisfied with her expertise and dedication.
