My wife Kati and I both got the Empress package today (massage, facial, pedicure). Our massage therapists Lynne and Amanda were superb, so conscientious of our sore areas. Then Nadine and Sofia gave us the most relaxing facials and scalp massages, using products that were gentle on my sensitive skin, and gave us the most neat and precise pedicures, plus lots of laughs and great restaurant recommendations. Can’t say enough about these ladies, give them all a raise!

I can absolutely 100% say I’ve never had a bad experience at this Spa. Professional from top to bottom. I am a frequent flyer and proud of it! Shout out to Amanda for my Relaxation Massage and Nadine who gave me a Brightening Facial. Both were extremely AMAZING! I definitely would recommend the two of them and Willow Stream Spa.. See you soon!

I love to get my nails done at the Willow Stream spa. The nail salon was recently renovated and has a very zen and relaxed feel. It is also so so clean. More expensive but so worth it! I especially like to see Sofia. She’s meticulous, a true artist, and so warm and friendly. Highly recommend her!

Had the stress relief massage with Sally and it was amazing. I get massages frequently but Sally really made it a personalized experience. If you plan on using the other amenities, give yourself enough time!

I decided that I wanted to pamper myself and celebrate the new job offer I received this week, so what better way then the spa I thought to myself?

I booked myself in for a 60 minute therapeutic massage followed by a 60 minute custom facial.

The first massage was not up to par, but the spa took care of this with another massage at a later date.

The facial was fantastic! Lesley was a great technician who was thorough and caring. I highly recommend her and would visit the spa again for another in a heartbeat.

Overall, my experience was pleasant. 4 stars because some of the features (mineral pool fountain, a male changeroom shower) were not working.

My go-to when I just need to escape and unwind. Willow Stream Spa is the perfect place to relax. Clean, quiet, and truly rejuvenating. The atmosphere is serene, the service is exceptional, and it always feels like a well-deserved treat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge.

It was okay. We frequent the Willow Stream Spa at the Pac Rim in Vancouver several times a year so we had high expectations that this location would be on par. It was not.

The Spa itself is dated and needs some updating. The sauna in the women’s locker room didn’t seem to work and smelled of mildew/ wet dog. The showers needed maintenance. The mineral tub was lukewarm and the jets did not work.

Massage was good but the treatment beds were not nearly as luxurious and comfy as the sister location. Some aspects of the treatment itself were different than what I am used to.

Overall a relaxing experience but not up to the same standard as their other location.
