As a first time mom with a goal of a hands off home birth the team at the Family Health clinic were incredibly welcoming, caring, resourceful and respectful. We felt like every time we met with them it was like seeing friends! They supported with any concerns or questions I had as well as my husband and our family regarding the home birth process. We all felt like we were in the best hands and we were.

Shout out to Isabelle who was our delivering midwife, thank you again for everything, you were amazing!!

I was so so thankful to have these wonderful women as my midwives.

I was so impressed by their relational intentionality, ease, confidence and informative help. Support through my pregnancy was so helpful as I was given tips and tricks for helping my nausea. From the moment my water broke, through birth and postpartum up to 6 week care I felt so taken care of. I had a home birth and felt so at ease - my birth this second time around was so much more enjoyable. Postpartum care was also so helpful as due to their experience with baby latching for breastfeeding I didn’t have any issues.
Everything just felt seamless. Most of all they were so relational. Thank you!

I could not be more happy with my experience with the midwives at family health. They were all so personable, caring, and really advocated for me throughout my pregnancy and delivery. During my appointments, I never felt rushed, and I always felt like I could ask as many questions as I needed. It truly felt like they cared about all of my Concerns and wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be with every decision along the way. I ended up having an unplanned home birth, And although this is exactly the opposite of what I expected my labour to look like, I felt supported throughout the whole process. A special thanks to Raeyann, who was so cool, calm, and collected the whole way and helped deliver my beautiful baby girl into this world. Could not recommend this excellent team of ladies more.

The midwives were truly a blessing from God. I am so grateful for ALL of them that followed us along the way and went beyond and above our expectations! We feel so fortunate to have had Isabelle help us with our home birth. we truly felt supported every step of the way. Isabelle’s kind and warm demeanour made us feel comfortable with asking questions and her and the other midwife’s we met were so knowledgeable in the field. If you’re having an baby and it’s important for you to have a say in your birth, I’d highly recommend a midwife because they will advocate for you and support you in having the pregnancy and birth that you want. Unfortunately I am on waitlist at the moment for a midwife team. But I had an informative and reassuring phone call with the receptionist that I spoke to.
