Some of these reviews are clearly fake and from people who have never been to the Farnsworth Clinic. I can personally vouch for the excellent customer service. The ladies at the reception desk always go above and beyond. I came back from living abroad in France where I had been sick with Pneumonia for over 4 months. After being on the worst antibiotics, Dr. Farnsworth built my immune system from the ground up. Without his help, I would never have fully recovered. I have since seen him on multiple occasions for different issues and he always spends lots of time with me getting to the root of my issues. I never feel rushed or judged. He is very compassionate and I truly cannot recommend his services enough. Thank you!

When I was in grade 6 my grandfather was to have both legs amputated at the knee. He came to kamloops and went into care at Farnsworth clinic. Grandpa passed away about 12 years later. He was able to walk over 2 blocks and still had both legs.

Not worth the time and effort. Rude customer service, no compassion, understanding or caring shown. You can easily find another clinic to use. AND YOU SHOULD.
