From the moment I walked in, I felt super relaxed, comfortable, and safe. Felicia was super understanding and shows genuine care for your skin concerns and goals. I received the Bliss Facial and WOW - I was blown away by everything that was included (a scalp massage, neck massage, and an arm massage) on top of the facial process. She creates a customized routine that will help you reach your skin goals. It has been 5 days post-facial and my skin has never looked better! I cannot wait for my next visit 🙂

Felicia’s spa in lower lonsdale is aesthetically beautiful and the perfect place to escape to after a work day. I had an amazing facial and massage which really helped my skin and TMJ. Felicia was very thoughtful before and after treatment, and offered Osmosis products which are great for sensitive skin. I am looking forward to my next visit!
