Ive been coming to Sarah for about a year on and off, when I'm at a last resort for pain relief. I'd come more but my benefits dont cover accupunture.

Ive been dealing with migraines for about 2 years now and when I have them that last 4-5 days, I come to her.

Ive realized my back trap muslces/shoulder have been the root problem, as they have been flaring up to the point of 6/10 pain every day for 6 months. Nothing has given it relief. Ive done IMS, deep tissue massage, doctor appointments to get trigger point therapy, chiro, perscribed muscle relaxers & and gabopentin, cry.. its been awful.

Today I went in to finally get Sarah to needle it, and by just looking and feeling, she knew exactly the trigger points and what connected where - to give me relief.

I had a good cry today when I noticed the pain FINALLY calmed down to a 1/10. its been MONTHS since I've felt this relief. MONTHS. Shes also given me advice I havnt recieved from other professionals.

Sarah is not only good at what she does, but she's insanely knowleagable when it comes to the body. I'm so grateful for her and her availability to always get me in right away.

If you're having any sort of chronic pain, I urge you to see Sarah.

The studio itself is cozy and inviting—ideal for practising with close friends or just taking some peaceful time for yourself. Sarah is so wonderful at what she does…. The place, rooms, beds and experience is SO peaceful and relaxing. The needles don’t hurt at all!…apparently she uses baby needles or infant ones? (something like that- they are smaller or thinner)…. Anyway they are painless which is great because I’ve had acupuncture at other places that hurt! Just a really cool experience and very helpful for my body- she really knows what she’s doing :)))

Funny enough I have not actually been here but phoned and left a message looking for a therapist that I had been referred to but did not work here. Took the time to call me and let me know of my mistake. That says something. Will definitely look to their services in the future.

I can't even begin to express the gratitude I have for Sarah. I have been living life in a stressed state for several years and felt like I tried everything to help my nervous system feel safe with little to no noticeable benefit. I have only had one appointment with Sarah so far and went into this appointment skeptical but open minded. I can count on one hand how many nights in the last year I have slept through the night and after just one appointment I am falling asleep easily and sleeping through the entire night. I cannot wait for my follow up appointments and it may sound dramatic but I feel like Sarah is giving me my life back. If anyone is hesitant about acupuncture please give Sarah an opportunity.
