Doctor provides excellent care, but the reception experience is consistently poor.

On my first visit, they forgot to check me in, leading to over an hour of waiting. The doctor noticed the error and stayed past closing to see me, which was appreciated.

However, the reception staff is often unfriendly, unprofessional, and lacks compassion. Their attitude can feel dismissive, similar to a teenager rolling their eyes. I understand everyone has off days, but this happens regularly.

I hope improvements are made, as this is the only drawback in an otherwise recommendable practice.

I spent several hours writing a story about how one of the doctors who works there gave me wrong and dangerous advice after treating me terribly. Apparently it goes against Google policy to give any particulars about medical information or doctors name, so I can't describe how bad it actually was cause the office uses technicalities to take the review down so this is all I should probably write. It was terrible and potentially life ateringly bad advice if I followed it. You have other doctor options. It's really a shame I can't tell my story, I spent a lot of time writing it out, and I wish others could hear it just to know how bad the one doctor is. I gave a very detailed story explaining exactly what the one doctor said about the particular medical situation that would have shocked people. Now I have to write a super vague review that doesn't really inform and doesn't particularly address the bad doctor but rather the business. That wasn't my choice.

Finding a doctor in our current situation is difficult enough. Finding a good doctor who cares, is capable and more is EXTREMELY difficult. I found one who is young, funny, smart and EXTREMELY competent. His name is Doctor Will Solyom. I'm thrilled and honored to have such an amazing "patient-centered" Doctor.
