Big suprise the 3.8 star rating. How do places like this stay in business? Every time I call here (6 times) nobody answers. It rings and rings and then the call drops. I dropped a line trimmer off to be fixed. They had to order the part and said the whole job would cost about a $100. The part took forever and then when it showed up they wanted extra to assemble it. Tried telling us they didn’t even have my trimmer with them it at first but then called us back and said they found it in the back. Brutal customer service and brutal response time. If they weren’t the only place around that fixed my brand of machine i would have asked if for back and gone somewhere else. Two thumbs down.

What started off just as a Pullcord that was frayed out and a primer ball on my Stihl hedge trimmer turned into about a $400 bill after it was all said and done. Next thing you know a new carb had to be installed in which I swear it was a new carb two years ago in the same unit, however I didn’t have records to show The Pull cord broke within one visit. It would not idle proper after like three returns back to the store and over six months sitting in their back room I finally receive my machine certainly not great at communication nor keeping their word on when things will be available. as for the idle problem, the boss said to keep it here and we’ll look at it and then they turn around and charge me another $40 just for having it there cause they said it was a waste of time looking at it when they could’ve been looking at other machines that had actually issues. Get it my machine did have an issue it wouldn’t idle. I don’t know. I’m glad I’m dealt with that Store for the last time even though I have spent thousands there, I certainly will not recommend . I’d rather drive across town where I know I’ll be treated like a customer and not have people making up answers at the front till not even knowing what’s going on.

Brought in a standard small engine carburetor (which I could have bought off Amazon for $12, but wanted to support local first). Anyway guy at the front asked what it is from and proceeded to take it to the back where he shows the other guy. Guy in the back say “we have lots of carbs, why don’t you make the customer look through them so you’re not wasting your time” let me tell you they were so busy I was the only one in the store. They looked for maybe a minute before saying they don’t have one. I guess unless you’re buying a large sale ride on mower you won’t have a great experience. Great way to run a business. I immediately wanted to go elsewhere upon hearing that. Won’t be back…

Kevin and his team are pros! Great advice and get work done in a timely manner. They fixed my generator and gave me expert advice on how I can take care of it better. I highly recommend this shop and will be taking all my equipment there.

Went in there to get a obsolete part for my mower. Knowing I couldn't get it but all I needed was a simple cable that was 54 inches long. Chad refused to sell me a cable telling me that I needed part number and model number. Gave him the part number and model all to find that what I already told him. Was true the part is no longer available. I asked again for a simple cable with two very very common clips on it and he would not sell it to me I went to Canadian Tire picked up a simple 54 inches long cable and boom my mower now works. Will never deal here again. Very unprofessional and rude.

I took in a broken spring for my ride on mower. I had my manual showing the model etc. I told them it was related to the cutting deck not going up and down. They looked it up on the internet and ordered the part. I had to prepay. It was $40 for the spring. It’s a 1/2 drive for me each way to this store. I picked it up but didn’t have the old one with me at the time and when I got home and compared it to the spring it was to replace it was way to big around and too long. Drove back out to return it and then they wanted to charge me a restocking fee even though they told me that was the replacement part. After some back and forth they did give me a full credit. In the mean time a friend had found some springs they thought might work but I asked if they could see what the proper part was and if it was available in case the others didn’t work. The owner didn’t want to be bothered. Said it had already cost him money. Said if he could see the mower he would know better. I don’t have any way to take a ride on mower in.
If I’m not able to replace the part then I’ll be looking to purchase a new one. Given his attitude with me I won’t even consider going there to buy one. The owner needs to work on his customer service skills!

I have been using their services since moving out here a year ago and the service has always been exceptional. I have found them extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to talk to you through any problems with your equipment. I have brought my Husqvarna chain saw there twice for servicing both with good results. Last time they showed my some tricks to save me money on my chain so I am very happy to support this small business. If your going to buy a chainsaw in Victoria buy it here as they are the same price as the big box stores but actually stand behind there product
