Staff are great - just today they helped me figure out some things that were coming up with my account. I've had five appointments over the last year or so and I always have a positive appointment. I like that this location has some additional products I can use my discount for but one downside is that their services are priced higher compared to other locations.

Unfortunately, FoxyBox has changed their membership structure and it means that I can't go to other locations with my membership if I want the legacy membership price. This means I likely won't be coming back to this location in the future to help save. Wish that wasn't the case!

For a chain, this company is wonderful! I’ve been to both locations in Victoria, and everyone there is so lovely and friendly! I’m always treated with patience and respect, and I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend Gemma for a brazilian. She was quick and skillful, as well as making great conversation with me throughout!
