The last time we visited Dena, my mother's hair was cut a little too short but that's because my mother is shy about speaking up about what she wants. A miscommunication that would grow out. 😉

I'm happy to report every time we've come to Frank's we've been greeted, had a friendly conversation with one of the staff while we wait; and received consistent and excellent service from Dena. She's always so kind, listens to what you want, and provides the best scalp massages when you request the shampoo and blow-dry.

I got a thinning on my long, thick hair. My mother got a longer pixie with a fade. Both my mother and I were extremely happy with our cuts. Thank you, Dena!

Not the best haircut I’ve ever had but not the worst either. I asked for #8 on top and #4 on the sides. Mimi advised me that she didn’t have number 8 and started with something else. I was shocked to see how short my hair was! She eliminated my natural V at the back and did not shave my neck.
Thank goodness my hair grows fast and this will be just a bad memory within a month!

I was in for haircut today Sunday and Kim did the Excellent job, very good fade. I’m very happy she’s opening on Sundays 10:30 AM until 4:30 PM. No appointment necessary. Great haircut great service.

Literally had to drive straight home and shave head, terrible uneven haircut, hair clippings all over clothes, thankfully didn't let her touch beard. Not sure why but several coworkers get nice even, clean cuts must have to be selective on barber

Good haircut and beard trim if you're ever in town and need a cut.
For anyone travelling to Prince Rupert by cruise ship, remember to exchange to Canadian Dollars before visiting and paying for items in town. The town treats US Dollars as 1:1 to Canadian Dollars. I made this mistake here so you don't have to. 😢

Frank and his staff are wonderful. I could only come in close to closing time and he accommodated me. Everyone thought it was a great cut and it was for a great price.

Frank himself is super friendly and his decades of experience really show. I highly recommend this hair salon.
