My experience with Gabriel Ross was as good as I could hope for. I had my eye on the Herman Miller Embody chair after sitting in one at my friend's house. I did a bunch of research on the different models and looked up where I could order one in Alberta. Gabriel Ross came up as the closest Herman Miller authorized dealer in western Canada. I called GR on two occasions to inquire about shipping/lead time for the chair and to verify it was in stock. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were selling the embody for 25% off in various colors and the 2 different fabric offerings so I ordered the Logitech version. I ordered my chair online and it showed up to my door from Victoria BC within 3 days. The chair is everything you'd expect from a premium brand and it's extremely comfortable and stylish.

Once you’ve paid, they couldn’t care less about customer service, or ensuring you received your delivery. They throw their customers under the bus.

Their chosen courier misdelivered a Herman Miller chair. Instead of immediately trying to assist, they inform me that their responsibility is done because the tracking shows “delivered”. I ended up doing an investigation myself, wasting easily 5+ hours of my time to collect evidence. I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to do the right thing. And still they were playing games throughout the process.

Their manager was also supposed to call me back on a few occasions and never did.

I chose GR Shop to support a Canadian business, and it turned out to be a massive mistake. Proceed at your own risk.

We have had good shopping experiences at Gabriel Ross and have found their advice most welcome. Their new showroom on Government Street is large and very nice.
We recently had a problem with some chairs that we purchased and Siavash Madani, Showroom Manager, was most helpful in rectifying the issue with the manufacturer.
GR clearly has a high level of customer support which is much appreciated.

Kartell purchased arrived damaged. Haven’t been able to resolve the replacement. No updates from Dunja on the order. I’ve requested to speak to a supervisor. First and last time I ever order from GR. Terrible experience. For context, it’s two ghost stools. Maybe we will get them in a year? Who knows. Customer service is zero stars.
