Best massage ever had,! I’m not comfortable having a massage with a male therapist but the receptionist said I should try and I don't have to change my clothes, wear what ever it is. So I did, MARK WANG has a passion with his work, you will feel the pressure from head to toe that released the muscle tension and makes you feel better and relaxed. Highly recommended. Thanks Mark

If I could- I would put 0! I’m client for this clinic for many years (10 years) with different owner (Leon), honest and professional himself and his all team. Never had any problems. Now with new owner Victoria, I got into situation that they told me I have no services left( my covered services are somehow disappeared ).Once receptionist saying I have no services left , an other time it’s being expired. I was asking to provide me full record ( what and how much they charged my insurance company and when I used all services) with my signatures and why I haven’t received any documents about expiration dates, which I should of signed. My calls to clinic and to the owner been ignored! As running business myself in Canada - REPUTATION is very important, also the Law. Looking at other reviews when they need clients they call like spams, but when they need to resolve issues and give customer service - NOONE is there.
To All clients of this clinic, who is using insurance, double check of what/how/how much . What they are doing with your money and coverage.

Most massage places never do it for me. I've had chronic shoulder and back pains for years until I came here. Marilyn was wonderful massage specialist and was able to extinguish my pains!! Honestly 100% recommend, I've been going for almost 2 months now weekly and my back/shoulder has never felt better!

I cancelled my session and the masseur, Joy thought i was coughing sick but im not. it was pretty bad thing she did to not accept me for that. poorly handled by her. i got so upset and embarrassed with people around.
sometimes it just happens it was a gag reflex on my part. she doesnt want to do the massage. i felt unconfortable so I cancelled it. good thing the owner understand my situation and refunded me.
