I hope Dr. Ross which I respect a lot, sees this and reconsiders accepting me back as a patient.
This review is for the receptionist lady who endangered my health.

Over a year ago, I was dismissed from the clinic due to staff mistakes, and since then, my health has severely declined. I was dealing with multiple medical issues, including a serious condition that required screening, and I specifically sought out a female physician.

Due to staff negligence and miscommunication, I missed appointments and was dismissed from the clinic. I take full responsibility for missing the first phone appointment because of my severe anxiety, which Dr. Ross was aware of.

The second missed appointment happened because the receptionist told me it was scheduled as a phone consultation. I waited for Dr. Ross's call, but it never came. Additionally, I was informed that missed appointments would result in a $50 fee, not dismissal from the practice.

For the third appointment, my phone had poor reception (I'd relocated from another province and didn't know my SIM card had poor coverage in some areas) when Dr. Ross's office tried to call. I waited for 20 minutes and then contacted the office, only to be told I had missed the appointment and was immediately dismissed from the clinic.

I pleaded with the receptionist lady, explaining that the second missed appointment was due to receptionist miscommunication, as they had scheduled it as a phone consultation instead of in-person. Despite acknowledging my serious health conditions—information they insisted on knowing when booking appointments—the receptionist lady refused to relay my concerns to Dr. Ross and take responsibility. She seemed more concerned about her image than the health of a patient under horrible conditions, which she was well aware of (as each time I wanted to book an appointment, she wanted every detail of my concerns; even though I had told her many times that sharing these made me extremely uncomfortable). She abruptly ended the call. Subsequent attempts to discuss this matter were met with hostility, including being hung up on.

As a result, I have been without a family physician for over a year, and my health continues to deteriorate.

I sincerely appreciate Dr. Ross's professionalism and knowledge and would be incredibly grateful to be accepted back into her care.

Dr. Ross is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. You can tell she listens to your concerns, never dismissing anything you say. She seems to genuinely care about her patients.

She carefully examined my symptoms and took the time to review the available medications, checking all the ingredients to find the best match for my needs. And she ensures that I receive all the necessary referrals and lab work.

The entire staff at the clinic has been fantastic, and you'll rarely have to wait for your appointment. The place is small and doesn't look like anything special, but the staff create an environment where you feel valued and well taken care of.

The only downside is that it's sometimes hard to reach them by phone. I recommend calling in the afternoons.

The receptionist lady Lisa, was incredibly patient, efficient, and well-organized. She went above and beyond to help me book appointments, provide medical documents, and arrange all of my requests.

Dr. Ross is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. I felt like she is a guardian angel rather than just a doctor. Dr. Ross provided detailed information, referred me to specialists when needed, and listened to all of my concerns. She provided me with all the professional advice and measurements I needed.

I don't understand how you can call yourself a "walk in" medical clinic. When you just a private serving your own self interest. This is FRAUD and a complete waste of time for anyone with a medical problem.

Dr. Ross is the best of the best. She had been my doctor since the first day I visited the clinic and always handled things with the most care. Referral to specialist and booking for exams are always fast and efficient. Cannot be more lucky to have her as my doctor!!

My family doctor is always being five stars for a years. Wherever he moves, I follow my doctor.
However, Georgia medical Clinic receptionist are super friendly and nice but asking too much personal medical details for the appointment -it's unnecessary and making me uncomfortable.
I kept repeating " I need to follow up with my symptom I've been dealing with since last year, and doctor knows" but still asking a details. if they could change the way takes appointment, that will be great.
