I have been trying to confirm an appointment for 8 days by email and by phone. The phone line is deactivated (auto message saying not active then hangs up) and the admins aren't responding to email. What is going on!?

I'm new to the area and recently became a patient at Golden Medical Clinic, I really appreciated how wonderful all the staff were. I was 15 mins early for my appointment and thought I'd have to wait, but they took me straight through and my Dr came in almost immediately. Dr Roger was brilliant, I usually hate going to the Dr's but he made me feel very at ease, was a great listener and he was exceptional patient and kind to boot. Very lucky to have such a lovely Dr clinic in this community.

I’ve called 10+ times on separate occasions to try to settle an invoice I received from this clinic. I was told I paid in full when I initially went to the clinic and then received an invoice with no description 3 months later. There is no way to pay this invoice without speaking on the phone with a representative, yet it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. Meanwhile the invoice is accruing interest. This should be considered malpractice.

Office will not allow you to talk to doctor when you call. Even though you had a appointment for a phone call, after my phone cut out on a call. Shameful the way this office is.

Visiting from oversees and was able to get an appointment quickly for my son. Dr. Bartel was very friendly and competent. Recommended!

Pick up the phone. It’s ridiculous, you can’t even talk to anyone after calling repeatedly for half hour straight. So unprofessional, they ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Litterly takes me a month to talk to someone there online booking isn't available there secretary never picks up even during the hours there supposed to
I've sent a email I hope they get back because I have 6 days of medication left and I need to talk to my doctor

i came in from out of town with a finger infection. i was seen by a nurse right away and a dr 2 min later. i was out with a prescription faster than i have ever had in my life.
