I had such a wonderful experience with all the staff here. Very friendly and they were happy to show off their super cool socks with little glasses on them!

While on vacation, I had ripped my last pair of contact lenses and forgot to pack spares. Called the clinic, had a quick chat with Sarah, then went in the next day to pick them up! She was caring, professional, and concise. She even left a note for the morning shift that I would be in a few minutes before opening to pick up my order

Very impressed with the level of service and professionalism at this clinic.
My glasses broke in the middle of the first wave of this pandemic when everything was locked down and they happily and promptly fixed them for me. I'm sorry I don't know who it was but they came in on a Sunday to do it, never charged me for the repair and if I remember correctly, gave me some lens cleaner ?
I just had my lenses replaced under insurance and once again it was prompt, friendly and professional. They have excellent covid protocols in place and in spite of having to deal with all this nonsense everyone was friendly and in good spirits.
I highly recommend this clinic

The team at the clinic are friendly, super professional and all well trained in their fields. My husband and I feel Golden is very fortunate to have Dr Rebecca Kolbenson and her team as really make you feel like an individual and not just another patient walking through the door. Recently Katie and Ann were very helpful with my visiting mother in law who needed a little help with her new prescription glasses purchased at another clinice. She was delighted with their helpfulness !
