I have a suggestion. I think it would be a wonderful gesture if Lee Crest would send a family member of the deceased a sympathy card . I was told vets even send sympathy cards when the owners pets pass away .

This place is corrupt. The lack of care that comes from 95% of the staff is absolutely staggering. It starts right at the top with the manager of the whole facility and filters down. Very interesting to see another review on here commenting about how programs aren't done. Also it's like as if they are keeping the mask rule to make it look like they actually care about the clients. When you call the staff out about anything, it's nothing but excuses and deflecting. Especially the manager of the whole facility. No accountability whatsoever from her! Not to mention unanswered and unreturned phone calls from other senior staff. "We don't have enough staff" blah blah blah. Here's a thought, hire a teenager and pay them $15 an hour to simply Port clients to programs twice a day. You shouldn't need any education for a position like that. Problem solved! Not all the staff are bad. For instance Primrose is amazing! Also some of the RN's are very good. Do not bring your loved one here! It is nothing more than a warehouse for people.

There is always a Covid outbreak cancelling activities. Other seniors home are not masking up and cancelling activities. Mackenzie Place in Grand Prairie, run by AHS, and Ridgeview in Raymond are not hurting their residents like you are. They pay to live there and you are hurting them. I would not recommend Good Sams to anyone.
