Gordon Food Service (GFS) is expected to handle deliveries using their own equipment—not rely on mall trolleys or infrastructure. According to your delivery terms. Please do not use Bay Centre Malls, when delivering. Thank you.

Whoever your drivers are that deliver to the Hornby and Drake area downtown Vancouver (presumably to the Starbucks on Drake St) need to start delivering at an earlier period during the day.Deliveries are often late into the night (After 11pm and sometimes as latest as 3am) a few times a week and the noise is over 90 dB when the truck is parked on Hornby. It is completely unacceptable. Deliver between 7am and 9pm and start showing this residential neighborhood a bit more respect.

Please have your drivers stop blocking the ONLY way out of my parkade. Every damn morning… typically there’s enough room to squeeze past the ramp, but today the exit was fully blocked and the driver had the nerve to ask me to “just drive down the bike lane”- ironically enough when she pointed at the bike path, 6 bikes were coming up it.. and a steady stream thereafter. How about you pay attention to the green paint that indicates this is an active roadway and DONT BLOCK IT.. k thanks ✌🏽

To clarify:
The first picture is a driver parked on the wrong side of the road blocking a crosswalk AND a stop sign .
The second picture is a sharp, metal loading ramp overhanging a bike lane AT HEAD HEIGHT.

Horribly unhinged drivers trying to run you off the road. Filed complaints with GFS with photos and truck number, yet nothing was done. This company should fined heavily for allowing dangerous drivers on the road.
