I had my first appointment with Lainey yesterday. She was incredibly thorough and professional. One of the things she is helping me with is sleep. On average I typically get 5-6 hours of sleep wake 2-3x a night. Last night I went to bed at 9:30 and woke for the first time at 5 am! This is HUGE for me!! I am so excited to continue my treatment plan with her.

On my first appointment with Lainey it became obvious she is a natural healer! Her gentle approach and thoroughness combined with classical training and intuition were a refreshing experience, especially when compared to “regular doctors”! Instead of offering yet another pharma pill she actually helped me! I’ve had considerable lasting pain reduction! I most definitely recommend Lainey!!!

Excellent….Lainey is Great.. she took the time to consult and explain what my treatment plan would be.

I had my first appointment a few days ago after having a headache for more than two weeks. I was a little tender after for a couple hours but the relief I experienced was not expected after only one session. The service provider was very professional, explaining what she was doing and why as she went along. I am scheduled for a few more appointments and am excited. I had never had an acupuncture session prior to my first appointment and am so glad that I tried it. I have used chiropractic services in the past for relief of neck and shoulder pain, and would recommend that anyone experiencing pain try this treatment, it is less invasive in my opinion and the results are almost immediate!
