They don’t really care about there patient. I need to remove my wisdom teeth, needed my files to be sent out to another office, they didn’t do it even though they confirm at my cleaning appointment, that they will sent the file. Now there asking me to come again to do another exam then they will sent my files to other office like wth! They are just concern about their billable hours from patient that’s it!

I have been going to this dental office since I was a small child and now bringing my own small children here, I am still receiving the great amount of care that I always have. Shout out to Abby (Dental hygienist) for snuggling my little guy during my whole appointment So he didn’t have to be sad sitting by himself in his car seat!!

Actually quite impressed with the whole office. Staff friendly and helpful and the dentist was honest and actually made a lot of sense! "Let's work on your whole mouth (autoimmune disorder wreaking havoc on my teeth) rather than fixing the teeth piecemeal. Will use again!

Easy to make an appointment for a new customer. Very friendly from booking appointment through reception, dental assistant preliminary discussion and exray. Dentist was clear and concise regarding steps required for remediation to recommendation for referral to specialist. Will definitely recommend and return if I am in need.

Absolutely do not know anything with billing. It's been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. My daughter has severe angzity and has had medication to help with it and they called an hour before and said no they were not comfortable with it then proceed to say they have called and left messages? Hmm my cell records all messages and calls so good try on front end. This is the worst experience I have had with a dental clinic. Oh and it was 730 am when they called so no way to reach her doctor prior. Poor service.

This used to be an amazing dental office, I had a great experience and they provided excellent care for my teeth, with the new team working here that I experienced was way below any standard I would expect, the 1 tooth I had looked at I was overcharged and satisfaction was not at all determined, a very small cavity was found and my previous dental work was criticized for a tooth beside the tooth in question and sed to be the problem, I could clearly see on my x-ray the tooth I had expected was the problem had a very small 2mm x 3mm cavity and was then quoted 4 surfaces for filling as well told be my other tooth beside it was infact no good and needed to be pulled. After getting a second opinion my results were much different I was told it was a small cavity on one back corner and the price difference was incredible compared to what I was charged before, now my tooth is fixed and the tooth fixed from before was sed to be in great shape with no issues, after 12 years going to this dental office and being away for 3 years the change was definitely not what I had hoped for. I have no reason to recommend this office now and will infact tell all who ask or inquire that this is not the place to go there in it for the money and have no care for the actual health of your teeth.

INVISIBLE BRACES? Wth?

Ijust switched to this cosmetic dentist since the location is much closer to home. I was surprised by how high tech and friendly it is here! Two dentists in full swing and a very efficient intake process. My hygienist was very experienced and fast. What surprised me was the high level of technology and "cool dental toys" and machines in the new office. No more yucky plaster casts or spit tubes you hold. Even the scaling was super easy. The dentist was really a happy energetic guy and I felt really comfy. Nearly fell asleep. I definitely would recommend Grasslands Dental. 👍
