Been sitting here for the last hour and half, was told It would be about a 30 minutes wait, so its now 1115am. At about 11 am someone walked in from The usa, we're in here for 7 minutes and a doctor has already seen her. Us Canadians pay taxes, we have manitoba heath because of our taxes. When I asked how long, they told me the have no clue, and that the other patient has payed.... okay we all pay. Just in different ways

I came first thing on a Saturday morning and was in and out in about 30 minutes. The doctor was very good at explaining what he though was going on with me and sent my prescription electronically to the pharmacy of my choice. Very good experience.

Dr. Wasef is knowledgeable and cares about her patients. The receptionists are kind, even during times when they are experiencing very high volumes. If I can't reach them on the phone immediately and leave a voicemail they always follow up.

Would give it a zero but there was no option for me to do that. I came in 3 months ago to get a medical form filled out. They charged me 40$. I came again today to get the same exact form filled out, brought my receipt too from my last visit and they charged me 100$ for the exact same form. Dr.Daniel is amazing though. They’re the only reason I come to this place. 4 stars for Dr.Daniel, 0 stars to whoever is running the administration side of things.

Would give zero stars if I could. This is not the first time I’ve experienced issues with Green Crest Clinic’s poor communication and disorganized system. On a previous visit, the staff forgot to provide us with important appointment notes from Dr. John Embell. Today, I contacted the clinic to inquire about a 2024 referral made by Dr. Singh to Fort Garry Access for my mother, as we wanted to follow up — and once again, I encountered problems.

The receptionist, Chrisna, was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. She bluntly stated, “There is no record of a referral made by Dr. Singh,” despite the fact that my mother was contacted by Fort Garry Access July 2024. — a clear indication that a referral did exist. When I asked for more clarity, she dismissed me, claiming I was "not helpful" for not knowing which department or doctor my mother was referred to.

For your information, Chrisna — we were never provided any documentation or referral details. If we had received proper records, I wouldn’t have needed to call for clarification in the first place.

Medical clinics exist to support patients, and maintaining accurate, accessible records is not optional — it's a core responsibility. These systems should be computerized and reliable. It should never depend on staff memory or attitude. Sadly, Green Crest Clinic has failed us twice, and I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability

For a walk in clinic I was actually seen very quickly and the doctor was very informative. I highly recommend coming here if you do not have a family physician.

Quick, receptionist was kind even though I barely had a voice, doctor explained the whole process of what he was doing as he did it. He was kind, chill and informative. It was the best walk in clinic experience I’ve ever had.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Irving for the past 11 years. I absolutely love her. She’s been attentive, kind and caring.

As for the reception, I love all the girls who came through. They are 3 receptionist who handle 4-5 family doctors who have their own clientele, approximately 3 doctors everyday. The waiting period on times have been 15-40 minutes. With each appointments there could be delay, which I don’t mind. As things do come up.

The receptionists have more duties than noticeable. They need to handle the phones, clients in house, and the receptionist duties which require (calling back, filing the faxes & files, duties from the doctor & so much!). These girls are rockstars for handling the Fort!

Please give the benefit of the doubt on their emotions, they sometimes don’t have time to have small talk. As each receptionist has their own duties. Even when I would come as a walk-in the wait times are long (30-1hr) but some of the doctors would have to see their own patients plus walk-ins! I’ve seen about 3 other doctors, not my own, for walk-ins and all of them have been professional & knowledgeable.
