Dr Hendriks is one of the best doctors in Kelowna. I am so grateful to have him as my doctor. He is very kind and very thorough. His receptionist Haley is also very nice!

Been my family's choice of location for over 50yrs and the service used to be very good but consistently being very disappointed when trying to book and seeing a wait of 3weeks or longer to get in. Not wanting to visit the doctors very much at all its disheartening when you actually need to and cannot get in. I guess it partially explains why the walk-ins and emergency are always soo busy. Good service when you can get it

Dr.Fishbook is an amazing, caring, kind and very thorough Doctor. After my Doctor passed away I had to find another Doctor closer in Kelowna and I did. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor for myself. He is always a phone call away.

Dr. Ketch has been my family Doctor since I was a baby. I recently booked an appointment over the phone with Dr. Ketch. Unfortunately I missed the phone call because I was working, and the call was made 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. There was no follow up phone call during my scheduled appointment time. I chose to follow up and had to hold for more than 30 minutes. I do understand how busy it can be in the health care world, and I am not upset about how long I had to wait on hold, rather I am upset because I was hung up on by the receptionist while expressing my concern that I would miss the second phone call because I am a teacher and cannot answer my phone during work. I am still waiting for this phone call. I had to make another appointment but it is in three weeks.

The receptionist is by far an amazing friendly human. JAY is so friendly and helpful in every way. I've been with clinic since Dr Hignall was there then Dr. Naude.. was sad to see both of them go they were always always so understanding helpful and always listening to how we felt. They always took time with us and cared. There is a new Dr now Dr. Mentz . Unfortunately I have a couple different health issues and my husband has a back issue .. Dr Mentz is not as caring and understanding as the other drs we've had there. He's quick to dismiss symptoms and just says take a tylenol or advil and not find what's actually wrong. He seems like a nice man in all but just wish he cared some of his patients are hurting and in pain and actually have health issues . Would love to have some issues fixed not just take a pill .. he doesn't let you finish what your saying and always always in a rush . Now we know there is a 10 min time frame and that's understandable but brushing off like your symptoms aren't real is wrong. Drs are hard to get in kelowna so Unfortunately we're stuck as we have a family .. leaving this clinic after so long being there would be sad .. please start listening to patents feelings Dr.. we need you.. please care..

Dr. Prozesky is wonderful. We have been seeing him for years. He has always been supportive, understanding and medically knowledgeable to keep us healthy and happy. We are grateful for his care, especially when we know how hard it is to find a doctor. Cheers! 🙂
