Reception is wonderful! Dr. Eppinga has dismissed every single one of my medical issues! He told me my throat isn’t wide enough to have sleep apnea? It runs in my family I wake up gasping for air if that’s not sleep apnea what is it?

I got in a car accident he didn’t even do a physical exam and just told me to settle my claim. After 4 years of fighting with Icbc and settled DR EPPINGA had the audacity to ask HOW MUCH I MADE! THATS NONE OF YOUR BUISNESS it sounds like all you care about it money.

Also when I had BELLS PALSY and my face was paralyzed he only gave me a few weeks off work. To the point where it took a year and a half to heal from all the stress - not it turned into TMJD and I had to figure that out in my own and where to go.

He is a very helpful doctor and takes time with me and my kids every time I book an appointment. So great to have such a great doctor who listens to my concerns and shows he really cares. He is also great with kids! My kids range in age from 3yrs to 13yrs old. I am currently pregnant now and his office was able to refer me to a good maternity clinic near my home. They took care of everything for me. WIthin a week the maternity clinic called me to book my first appointment.

Dr. Peter Epinga is the most impersonal doctor I have ever dealt with. He hurries u in and out of his exam rooms and is only interested in making a buck on his precious prescriptions. I’m beginning to wonder what ever happened to doctors that care and take the time to get to know their patients. I am so unimpressed and will never take another family member or myself there for treatment ever again.
You have been warned!

My doctor had previously retired and I was without a family doctor. I saw that Gwaii had opened and thought I'd check it out. The staff was super friendly. Dr. Peter was great and I felt very comfortable meeting him - the clinic is modern and clean. I'm very happy with the level of service!

I always have a great experience when I go in to see Dr Peter Eppinga. He listens to my concerns and he takes the time to address my worries. He doesn’t push unnecessary medication on me and helps me find the resources that I need to have a healthy life. I have recently struggled with an debilitating bout of anxiety and instead of pumping me full of meds. He got me connected with the counselling resources that I required to get a handle on things. I always leave feeling heard and that I am treated with dignity and respect. Thank you !

Every time I make an appointment to see my doctor I end up waiting for more than an hour even though im on time every time, with no ETA when im getting in . it makes it hard to plan my days especially when im coming in on a work day. I usually end up rescheduling after waiting around forever. I understand other people might have more needs than mine, but EVERY visit is the same. (been with the same doctor at this office for more than 10 years) it would be nice if they let us know about the wait times. very unhappy with the service, and will most likely be looking for a new doctor.

Horrible new front desk service. Never used to be like this. The new front desk staff was rude to me when I came in. I was asked if I had an appointment, I said no, as they are advertised as a walk in clinic and I never needed one before. The place was conpetley quiet and empty, but the girl said "oh sorry were not taking any walk-ins and we are completely full". I attempted to call ahead the next time just to be told no again and the girl was laughing into the phone and talking to her coworker as I was on the phone. Very unprofessional. They seem to not welcome walk-ins anymore and that's sad because since moving to Mission my family doctor is over an hour away and they don't accept new patients here, and I did like the doctor. They should not advertise as a walk in clinic if they don't want people to walk in. Very disappointing.

Horrible... I was so happy to see a new GP in town. The front desk girl (the older one) was so rude. The doctor and the desk staff joked with one and other about concerts and friends when I sat and waited, like my time is not important. The doctor himself yawned through our whole appointment, did nothing to examine my injury. Didnt leave feeling cared for. Nothing you would think a place of care would be like.
