There are some good pieces here, but the prices are utterly delusional, especially for used and donated products. One egregious instance of an IKEA lampshade (just the lampshade) that was selling for MORE than a new one from IKEA comes to mind. Prices need to be 50% less on average for there to be any real value to be found here.

Habitat for Humanity Restore in Kelowna is a fantastic find but the best part are the dedicated staff that work there!! Honourable mention to Diana E. who was so helpful and welcoming to us. She is so kind, hardworking, patient and so willing to help. Diana is most definitely an asset to this wonderful organization. My husband and I recommend Restore Kelowna whether you are donating to this store or purchasing. Highly recommend!!

We are so impressed with how smoothly Habitat for Humanity Restore in Kelowna picked up our furniture yesterday that we donated. Janie and Link are such special people and it was a great pleasure to meet them. Experienced, knowledgeable, hardworking, kind and efficient Janie and Link are truly an amazing team. You should train your staff not to play with items they are holding behind the counter. A classic toothpick holder for 25$ I wanted it. When I returned to cash out your employe broke it. I declined to buy it. She dropped the price to 15$ YOU BROKE IT why do I want it now? its worthless .

Over the last few year this place has gone completly downhill from selling broken furniture for hundreds of dollars to selling speaker equipment that is completely totalled (drivers smashed in some even ripped completely out) for $40-$200 and when you ebay then they sell for $15 used in New condition. This is a place for lower income families to try and find something they would normally never be able to afford in their budget and what is sold here by the local owner is nothing but garbage. I work for a company that donated huge amounts of good to them but now after seeing stuff we gave for free with over $100 price tag we will no longer be supporting the greed that the owner shows. This is obviously just a tax write off and a way for him to get free objects to sell online elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.

Selling used for construction stuff usually 1/2 price from original. The stuffs like pipe , bathroom accessories , lots of used bath tub which are still looking good

Nope! Got denied claiming my income isn’t sufficient PLUS I don’t have good credit. I can more than afford a mortgage. And if you need to have good credit just go through the regular avenues! More like habitat for money.
