I can't say enough good about my experience dealing with the staff at HCE. Chris, Jason and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure the process of buying and delivering my new tractor was seamless. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I am very excited to use my new tractor for some much needed yard work!

Bought a K9 unit side by side off these guys for cash. The K9 itself is okay for what it is. Very utilitarian which works for the what i am using it for. Power is pretty low and am worried about the longevity of how long the parts are going last. My 1 star is not about that though, when the unit was delivered, i took it for a test drive and was concerned about a few things. Owner Chris informed me that it would all be fine. He came by about a week later and i told him that i wasn't happy with the machine and I asked him about the return policy and he said there isn't one. So now i am stuck with this unit and now the side by side won't start without turning it over and over. The glow plugs or compression seem to be shot and they are telling me that i need to pay $150 for them to come pick it up, when they are driving by my place anyway to go back to their shop! Frustrating because everyone is happy to sell you something but when it comes to service they just forget about you. At this point i would advise people not to buy from Harbour City

I purchased a Kioti tractor and a Kioti zero turn mower this spring and I’m very happy with the equipment and the service. The tractor and mower are both well designed and well built and have met my expectations. This Kioti tractor is my second favorite tool of all time. ………Second to my leaf blower obviously. My tractor is tough ,agile, powerful, reliable and just simply fantastic for my property. Mows grass like a boss too!!!,and couldn’t live without it. Quite the unit and couldn’t be happier . (Just like the leaf blower )
HCE is the most friendly , resourceful and knowledgeable dealer out their period. With great shop and mobile mechanic. Simply Amazing. As well as the greatest sales men in the business !!

These guys are on "IT" knowledgeable and no b.s., I never felt pressured but also felt like their only client.they also had the tractor & accessories and implements in stock. I bought the tractor sight unseen and feel very satisfied with the Cs2210. The Backhoe works very quickly and super fun, for small projects. They told me what to upgrade to be able to use my tractor to its full potential, and steered me away from spending unnecessary money.

Before buying a tractor I was told make sure you have a good dealer close by. This is great advise. I have not had any issues with my tractor, but have used HCE to buy a few attachments and general service for my machine. They have been excellent to deal with every time. Even going so far as to drop off parts at my house! They knowledge about the products they sell and always friendly to deal with. I bought my machine not knowing anything about that brand, or tractors in general. I feel fortunate to have HCE as my dealer.

Very poor service , not recommended if you have any issues with any products that they service
Nice when you buy a tractor from them and bullies when there is a problem . Ive talked to lots of other Kioti owners about their service and it’s the same issues . The poor service can be predicted . Be aware
