I’ve been a patient at this clinic for 2 years now and am surprised by the reviews. Both Dr. Khan and Dr. Bushra are professional, thorough and incredibly kind. They always ask questions and offer different options/solution, providing their patients with agency. Their online booking system is also fantastic as you can actually see the times that work for you. And needing prescription refills, it’s great it can be done over the phone and don’t need to take time off work and journey for a brief in person appointment. They also do take in person appointments, you can just ask. Their response time is also very quick. It’s important to remember that there is a doctor shortage in Canada and the receptionists are dealing with phone lines and in person appointments. It can be overwhelming, but they’re doing a good job. I don’t usually leave reviews, but it’s unjust that both the doctors and front staff’s hard work and efforts aren’t being recognized.
Remember you’re looking for a doctor and a clinic, not an expensive and private spa.

I have been seeing Dr. Mahmood for over four years. My back is in very bad condition, so I have been receiving prescriptions and counseling for a long time.

After seeing him for years, I feel that he truly listens to his patients’ stories and thinks about how to help them recover quickly. I am touched by how he worries about his patients as if it were his own problem. I am truly grateful.

Thinking back, meeting Dr. Mahmood for the first time through a friend’s introduction four years ago was a stroke of luck. He always listens kindly to his patients’ difficulties and comforts them. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude and strongly recommend him.

Worst service EVER. Called to make an appt. to speak with Dr. Kahn. Was told I'd get a call June 9th between 12-1pm. NEVER got the call. I called back a week later AGAIN, waited on hold 20 minutes, no one ever picked up. I requested the callback option, NEVER got the call back. The automated message says you can book an appt. online for faster service. Made an account, pressed book appointment, brings me to the next screen saying there's NO appointments available to choose from. They don't even pretend to care or answer the phone with a pleasant voice. They all have the fed up, "hate their job" voice. So disappointed and all I even wanted was a referral for an IUD removal.

It is very very very difficult to make an appointment by phone. I have called many times and each time I have been on hold for more than half an hour, no one answered, and the music was always blaring. I don't believe the receptionist is busy.

She told me, disgusted, that I need to learn to tolerate pain when I came in with what turned out to be SIX herniated discs. SIX. C1, 4 AND 6 as well as L1, 2 and 5. TIP TO TAIL. As well it turns out I have scoliosis and hypermobility. Years later I finally get answers after being turned away again and again by CLASSIST doctors who don't want to do their jobs and don't enjoy healing people.
I was in tears, so frustrated because it impacted everything in my life and I hadn't worked in a couple months. She heard that and said what she said instead of helping me find a path to enough wellness to work consistently.
Her husband prescribed me T3s for 2 months before I stated that drugs are unsustainable and not what I'm looking for. I NEEDED TO KNOW THE UNDERLYING ISSUES. He rolled his eyes. He would have had me addicted to T3s while they sit their clutching their pearls pretending that every time you complain, YOU are the degenerate liar looking for drugs. I never asked for them. I wanted scans for Christ's sake.

I'm genuinely puzzled by the negative reviews here. The expectations for front desk staff are simply basic communication, and they've consistently exceeded that standard. It's important to note that this isn't a spa, just a regular medical clinic. While their main duty isn't high-level customer service, they've always greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my needs. Maybe they receive a high call volume but they do the needful. Infact, I always go through the online portal. Booking appointments online with my family doctor, primarily via phone, has been seamless, and they were very accommodating when I requested an in-person appointment if I wanted one. My family doctor even personally arranged it for me and send me timely updates on the portal. The portal for document uploads and appointment bookings is incredibly convenient—I've easily secured same-day and next-day appointments. Overall, I'm genuinely thrilled with the exceptional service from this team, and I truly feel supported.

Dr Mahmood and Dr Bushra are both so caring and sensitive. They've both treated me with patience and sensitivity. I've been a patient since the clinic opened and highly recommend. Sure wait times can be long and reception is busy but the staff is always also kind and professional so long as you treat them the same. Very happy with my family doctor.

A family member has their family doctor at this clinic. They are in need of a prescription refill for a PRN medication. I suppose the team member who answered the phone is having a bad day. They refused to be helpful and were simply rude and spiteful. We are heading to a hospital since help was not available at this clinic.

I hope that there are other options for you, if you are in search of a family doctor, as I strongly recommend that you avoid this clinic.
