Aswin was extremely kind and helpful. Gave me some good education about my ears and what the roots of my problems are. I was hoping for a wax removal and he was honest that I did not have much wax to remove. The service was so good I wish I could’ve paid for more than just for the checkup as he did not charge me for wax removal since it didn’t happen!

Aswin has been amazing in my hearing care journey. He is always careful with the hearing assessment. He has all the equipment and expertise for up to date care. I have had hearing care for 5 years at Costco and the level of care difference is astoundingly better at Hear Care Audiology. I did not know what I was missing those 5 years. The past two years I have had multiple adjustments, regular hearing checks and ear health care and all done in a calm dignified environment. Aswin is very kind and attentive and is a careful listener and responds to even the smallest challenges to help me get the most responsive hearing possible.

Yes, the cost was competitive, but that is not the real reason to visit here. It is the after purchase care that is the exceeding value.

We are so glad that we found HearCare Audiology.They did a presentation our retirement resort. We were very impressed with both audiologists.

The office is lovely.The atmosphere is non threatening. They do not push sales. It's all about what do you need. If you don't need a hearing aid, they will tell you. No pressure salesmanship. Ears can be cleaned out for free and testing is free.

They are able to offer a wide Is wide range of products - not just one line. My husband got a wonderful set of hearing aids. A great feature is how it minimizes the backgound sound in our dining room and lets him concentrate on the speakers at our table. I've talked to other people but they just don't have that feature. It's really helpful to have that background noise minimized. Another feature of that hearing aid is when you're driving, wheel noise is reduced.
Here, care just doesn't do the sale in Goodbye.They bring you in for check ups regularly for life of the hearing aid, Change batteries and connections for you.

We went to another well-known firm and just didn't have the same options or service.I highly recommend HearrCare

I just had the most relaxing and comforting experience! My questions were thoroughly answered, and all my issues were addressed. Aswin even will provide a service I thought had
to be done by my GP.
Feeling so much better now and ready to take on the world. Highly recommend taking some time for self-care and finding what works for you. 😌 Sometimes, a little peace of mind is all you need.

I visited the hearing clinic concerned about what felt like a plug in my ear. After a quick and careful inspection, the specialist reassured me that everything was perfectly fine. He then took the time to conduct a full audio exam, which I deeply appreciated. His approach was thorough, professional, and incredibly polite throughout the entire visit. I couldn’t have asked for better care—very highly recommended!
