Excellent family physicians in this clinic! My family has been lucky to be cared for by 4 of the physicians in this office, and from experience find them to be compassionate, thorough, and excellent advocates. As well, the head MOA (Jackie) is wonderful as well, every interaction with her is positive. Grateful for this office and all of the staff.

Dr Shoesmith is amazing. Caring, compassionate and an all round great Dr. Highly recommend for a family Dr.
Cons:
Very hard to get appointments short notice and front desk staff can be quite rude at times.

Writing during a time of critical doctor shortages and terribly overworked and under-appreciated medical staff, I count myself very lucky to be a patient at this clinic and specifically that of Dr. Kisman. I have attended his office on a number of occasions for a wide-variety of issues and I am always impressed by his demeanour, humility, knowledge, and professionalism. I have also had nothing but wonderful care from the exceptional nurses - Brittany, Emily, and formerly Megan. The front office staff / reception is very busy and multitasks quite incredibly, given all their up against on a daily basis. Thank you to all of you for your ongoing hard work!

This clinic has a very beautiful human Dr. Willson, to whom I've been referred to by a gem Dr. on the Island in a very sensitive time when no one would ever think about seeing someone you haven't seen before, however Dr. Willson is very cooperative and emphatic. She really does give you lots of motivation and helps you out in all possible ways.
Apart from this, on my last visit I tried doing the blood work from this clinic but is this a new norm of getting bug bruises, sore arm, and what not happened inside?

Went in for an appointment I booked online for my 3 year old daughter.
Bigger lady at the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional.
She was super annoyed that she had “no information” or chart for my daughter… which makes sense as I told her it was her first time there. It literally took me less than 1 minute to write down information… that they already had because I am a patient of Dr. Davyduke. Even after I apologized and said I didn’t know I needed to call vs. book online, the lady still scolded me and told me I should’ve read what it said when I was booking online. She was so unhappy, sighing and going to the back to have a conversation with the other receptionist calling us coming in “frustrating”.
I love Dr. Davyduke as a doctor and grateful to have a family doctor but I am so glad I chose a midwife for my recent pregnancy so I did not have to deal with that rude lady at the front desk.
Going to do my best to stay away from this place!!

I've never had to wait an hour before now! Usually they are only 20 minutes behind but I'm legit sitting in the office right now after 55 minutes and I still haven't been help. As for the actual staff here they are fine regular people.

I have gone to this clinic since I was about 4 years old. My grandma and I share the same doctor and she's been pretty good up until about 2 years ago. I don't want to go to much into detail but I'm not impressed with her care for either of us. The front desk and has never really been nice to me, there was in issue where they were under renovation and I couldn't find the office so I tried calling to find out how to get to the temporary location and couldn't find any info on how to get there and I couldn't get ahold of anyone and now they're trying to charge me over $100 to be able to book in again. I will be looking for a new doctor unfortunately.

Our whole family sees Dr. Wilson and we all love her. My wife is super comfortable with her and she is great with our small children. Highly recommend her for your family doctor. I have never experienced a long wait time here.
