I recently visited the clinic and I couldn’t be more grateful for how professional and supportive the experience was. As someone testing for the first time, I was understandably a bit nervous, but the female nurse who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and informative. She took the time to explain every step and made sure I felt comfortable and respected throughout the process.

Excellent service, don't believe the haters. Its definitely more about them than the clinic. I arrived 45 mins before opening and they let me in so I didn't have to wait in the cold. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was a walk-in with no appointment, waited maybe 10 minutes after filling out my paperwork.
My nurse Joni was absolutely fantastic! Explaining everything in detail. Non rushed, professional, thorough and thoughtful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience at a clinic. Check your attitude at the door and you'll find this place deserves more than just 5 stars. Your experience is a reflection of self. Thanks for reading ✌️ Be safe. Be kind.

Visited HIM Clinic as a walk-in for vaccination. The staff and nurse were nice and supportive. The wait time at 3pm wasn't too long, around 30 minutes. Enjoyed my visit and recommend.

Very friendly. Went to the clinic at 3 pm walk-in. Basically took less than 30 mins to finish whole check up. They deserve more than 5 stars 🙂

I've been testing here with an appointment over the phone since COVID... it's tough to get an in person appointment due to time restraints... I called in to reschedule without much issue... Walk-in is nearly impossible... would suggest trying QMUNITY instead...

Thanks for the support and ur help, though it is quite confusing sometimes while the person handling my appointment had no idea why I came in... the appointment was originally set up by the clinic wanting me to come in...

It's really hit or miss. Often this is a great resource but other times you show up with a confirmed contact 2 hours before they close and they don't even let you sign in and turn you away at the door.

Confirmed contacts should NEVER be turned away.

Actually taking away another star because of how much the person at the counter couldn't give less of a F. Like no alternative locations, no offer to wait and see if there are no shows, like literally a shrug and "try again tomorrow" 2 HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSE! Do better!

Nurses are great but that doesn't matter if you can't even see them

Everyone was very helpful and kind. Nurse was very good answering questions and seemed happy to help. My only complaint was the wait. Showed up for testing on a Saturday a few minutes before it opened for a walk in appointment. There was already a line so I had to wait just under an hour. Not the worst, that's what you'll get basically wherever you go. They do good work here and do it competently.
