HME staff (Graham and Rebecca) have provided exceptional and timely help with getting my mom the new equipment she needed after a hospital stay and when she transitioned from independent living to assisted living. I was given lots of options, the ability to rent or buy, and to have a percentage of rental apply to purchase. Graham came out to my mom's care facility today to talk further about options and help us make a final choice of hospital style bed before purchasing. We have dealt with other medical equipment suppliers in Victoria before and the service here is well above what we experienced elsewhere.

A few months ago I needed to contact a company to assist my husband who was in a care home - he needed to be assessed so he could be provided with a chair that fit his needs. I contacted HME and Graham took over the job. He spent a lot of time assessing my husbands needs and provided a loaner chair during this time. Every contact with Graham was very positive and I would highly recommend this company and staff - with special mention of Graham.

Everyone in the Victoria office, from Graham in sales, to the service team, and everyone in between, has given our family exceptional service. Our young son relies on multiple pieces of equipment and the HME staff has always treated him with the utmost respect and understanding of how crucial his equipment, particularly his power chair, is to his daily life. I very rarely write reviews, but decided that HME deserves some recognition. All the staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always responds to any questions in a timely fashion. They are professional and recommend quality products. Graham at HME helped with organizing a power wheelchair for my palliating father-in-law which meant so much to him and our family. Thank you for your services and I would highly recommend HME to anyone looking at any medical equipment products!

Was trying to figure out how every one of these reviews was so completely different from my families experience with HME.. then it came to me. "Five star reviewer" Philip Harris is actually an employee of HME. I met him when he installed a stairlift at my Uncle's place which still isn't running properly after almost a year. "Five star reviewer" Philip Nichols starts his review by describing the great service they provided to his Mother but then finishes with thanking HME for helping to allow his wife to remain in their home? Which is it
Dont waist your time on these jokers, there are plenty of honest, reputable medical equipment suppliers in Victoria that actually stand behind their products.

The whole team at HME Victoria is outstanding right from the technicians, to reception. This is the very best place for any wheel chair special needs. Graham is an exceptional human being he is understanding, compassionate, caring and is amazing with pediatric wheel chair needs. We had a very difficult time trying to find someone to help with an unexpected injury our daughter suffered. Till we found Graham! he’s been an absolute blessing with a wealth of knowledge. And has helped us tremendously. He’s a truly kind person and will go out of his way to help. With out him our journey through this process would have been far more difficult. What a difference the new HME supplied - installed custom stairlift has made to my mother's life. She is mobile again in her home being able to move from her upstairs bedroom to the main part of her townhome without assistance. The unit looks like it was meant to be there and is the envy of others in the complex. Everyone at HME ( Eli and the team) provided excellent service delivering the lift exactly as agreed. Highly recommended.

HME Victoria was one of the best customer service experience i've had. Only visited Victoria for a little bit, but when I needed last minute equipment rental, HME came through big time. Graham was very helpful, and a pleasure to chat with. If this is how genuine and nice people are in Victoria, I may have to make the move out there!
