I've been experiencing chronic pain in my wrist from tendonitis.
I was seeing osteopath, RMT, physio and my family doctor who prescribed nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). For 2 months nothing was helping, my wrist got even more painful, range of motion was restricted and I was struggling to handle my 9 month old baby. Jason has given me my life back, after first treatment I have noticed huge improvement, after two appointments I felt like the pain is gone and full range of movement is back! I cannot express how happy I am and grateful to have found Jason, I am planning to see him for my future problems as well and am recommending him to everyone.
He is kind and approachable, compassionate and knowledgeable.

I was recommended to see Jason for acupuncture after a surprising, first experience with shingles. I felt better immediately after the 1st session and now, after the 5th, am so impressed with his skills I am committed to a monthly tune-up to maintain optimal health. If I could give another half star I would!
I’ve seen Jason for two different injuries, my first visit was from sciatic nerve pain on my right side and he really helped me manage the pain and after multiple sessions the pain went away!!! My second visit was for my shoulder and neck pain. He was able to relieve some nerve pain but my injury was beyond acupuncture and needed trigger point injections from my GP. I am grateful for Jason for helping me get through my injuries. I would definitely go see him again and again.

Jason is an exceptional TCM doctor and acupuncturist and has been a key part of my wellness care team for just over 6 months. The herbs he prescribed helped me manage my seasonal allergies without antihistamines for the first time in 17 years! Jason has a welcoming and courteous demeanour and is gifted at explaining his diagnoses and proposed course of action. He answers questions thoroughly and checks in often during treatment to ensure my needs are met. He also wears a mask and has high standards for cleanliness in the clinic, including cleaning the air in treatment rooms following client appointments, which I appreciate in the age of Covid. I have recommended him to other friends and family and will continue to do so!

Sunghyun Jason Tjen has to be the most knowledgeable, compassionate and caring acupuncturist I know.
I have been receiving acupuncture and herbal treatments from him for several years, and no matter how many times I see my doctors when in need, I always end up seeing Jason to find answers and relief to my ailments. Jason gives you as much time as you need to explain your ailments, listens to you attentively and offers suggestions without ever being pushy in any way.
