The service we received from Home Case Assistance of Victoria for our 95 year old mom that just came home from the hospital was amazing. The care provider was kind, loving, attentive and very careful with our very weak mother. They tended to her every need from incontinence, to feeding, to bathing and providing comfort. Without Home Care Assistance we could not have brought mom home from the hospital where she was able to spend her final days at home to pass in her own bed. What a gift Home Care Assistance was to our family.

Home Care Assistance has been working with my elderly parents for over a year. Both parents are living with different health issues that can arise as one gets older. I can honestly say the care given and the pride taken in their work by the entire team is beyond reproach. The girls at Home Care are fantastic! They have cared for my aged mother so well. Caring for her needs in such understanding and gentle ways. All her needs are well taken care of and they let me know of anything I may need to follow up on. They are easy to get hold of and will deal with any concerns immediately. During COVID 19, our family was able to bring my mother home to her house to live out her final weeks in the care and presence of family. Home Care Assistance of Victoria was the key to providing the essential care - competent & compassionate - in order that we mirror an acute care ward of a hospital . Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we are filled with gratitude for Lutgarda Mariano and her team especially Vilma, who assisted with all the details of my mother's care. I would like to share, on behalf of my family, how satisfied and happy we are with Lutgarda and her team at Home Care Assistance of Victoria. Right from the first phone call with Lutgarda we knew she understood what we were looking for in a team to care for and support our elderly mother in her home.

At our initial meeting it was evident that Lutgarda is passionate and experienced in the field. We felt confident that she would be able to put together a competent team that our mother would feel comfortable with and enjoy interacting with in her home.

The careworkers could not be more kind or attentive to the needs of our mother. They bring laughter and sunshine into her home with their wonderful personalities and dispositions as well as peace of mind to our family.

The care of an elderly mother with complex medical issues is a moving target. The staff have accommodated on an ongoing way and enabled Mum to stay in her home far beyond what would have been the case. Not only that, the special rapport Flor and Felice in particular have formed with her have, in my opinion as a physician, extended Mum's life and improved its quality immeasurably. Flor and Felice are astonishing human beings and we are truly grateful for their deep investment in our mother's well being.

Not every situation has resolved perfectly smoothly, as is inevitably the case, but Lutgarda has always been on the spot with addressing system glitches efficiently and effectively, at all hours.

We received excellent care for our Mum by Home Care Assistance Victoria. 24 hours a day, the caregivers were attentive, professional, unfazed by anything, and clearly liked Mum. I was impressed by how they respectfully were immediately with her whenever she needed anything. They were good cooks too.
