Honeybun Foods Ltd in Bay Street and Franks Honeybun Cafe in Yates Street are two different company!!! I spoke to the owner of the Franks Honeybun cafe in Yates Street and they are as upset as ours because some complaints went to their google review and some good reviews goes to the Bay Street one.

Bay Street Honeybun Foods Ltd is on Uber and taking orders but they are not a restaurant, they are a factory of something. We had an issue with our food and drove personally to the address as the Bay Street store won't pick up the phone, we returned all the items and they took it but did not gave us any replacement because they were "closed" it was around 6:30 p.m., in the Uber app they are open until 11 p.m. The owner gave us a false promise that they will give us a refund if we submit our dispute to Uber and she will approve it, the following day we are still charged by $40 !!!

Do not place any Uber or Skip order with this store. We made a mistake thinking it was the Honeybun in Yates Street. The only reason why this one has a 3 star review is because some people thought this was the restaurant in Yates Street.

Lesson learned. This store should be reported.

Food was good, clean and friendly crew. Food was delivered fast. A typical chinese restaurant with a awesome food. The noodles are a bit dry but nevertheless it was still good. I like the cool and quite ambience, the free wifi and affordable food items. They have a vegetarian entree in the menu which was awesome coz i'm a vegetarian myself.
