Personal are kind and they were very polite. But I have no idea under what standards this can be called a Hospital, with only ONE, yes ONE SINGLE Doctor taking all the patients. This place is just a Doctor's office with the infrastructure of a Hospital with Radiology (as far I could see), who ever that Doctor is, is a hero and should have a street with her/his name on it.
Do not go there if you need medical attention, try to go somewhere else, if you dont know where Call 811.
I waited for 7 hours with the fear of having an internal bleeding and was sent home, I just needed them to point me with a specialist, but the Doctor there has an everest to deal with. They should give that power to nurses and other medical workers. The government needs to do something for YESTERDAY and make New Brunswick attractive for Doctors to move in.

This used to be my go to Emergency but what a deterioration of health care availability. What has changed there? I cannot comment on the quality of care as none was received. 6 hours wait (for non life threatening care but needed ER services) and had to leave as a hard close at 4pm. Until Politicians fund and staff our Emergency rooms our communities are and have regressed to a 3rd world country. Sad very sad. By the way New Brunswick it is not this way in many other Provinces … we are getting the very short end of the stick.

WORST CARE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! They were all unprofessional, horrible bedside manner and unorganized as well. Only came up because Moncton takes so long but this was a huge mistake.

I found myself at the Sackville emergency room the other other day, and everyone from admin, the nurses and the doctor were so kind and friendly. No one made me feel like I was a bother, the wait time was completely tolerable and the nurses are still there for their patients not just the paycheque. Thank you for all your help, I want them to know their service is appreciated and does not go unnoticed.

You sit there all day sick and in pain then 4pm you get sent home.... mist people in Sackville NB are heading to Amherst Hospital where you actually see a Dr and you do not get sent home without being seen plus you don't wait all day to be seen.

The most feel good Experience from walking inside an Emergency hospital for care this morning till the time I walked out was an absolute appreciation.
The Compassionate Care received was very Uplifting.

I cannot say anything negative about my first time visit at Sackville Horizon Hospital.
Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly greeted then straight to the admission receptionist. Shortly after, I was screened by a triage nurse.
Waiting time thereafter was surprisingly quick to see the Doctor who ordered the required tests then shortly the tests results were in.

Each and everyone were wonderful at their own specific profession.
The kindness was rather flowing everywhere I went.
Very refreshing and soothing especially for having to go at a hospital for whatever reason may be.

Exceptional Caregivers at Sackville Horizon Hospital, WELL DONE!

Oh… The Atrium is a must see before leaving and also, that hospital is noticeably very clean.
