Shout out to the ladies out front handling the irritated patients today. Very Professional, polite, and friendly. Greeting everyone with a smile. Thank You Dr. J. Doherty for taking time to listen to my problems and helping me. The weather and the roads were bad today. From patients to staff there was issues arriving on time. This didn't affect the staff in dealing with the daily demands of a medical office. I highly recommend them

Accidentally called this clinic thinking it was the Dalhousie location where my family doctor is practicing. Absolutely disgusted with the receptionists patient care skills. Very rude, before I could even speak. Tells me they aren't accepting new patients, when I asked if this was the Dalhousie location she said "no" and hung up on me.

Front desk hung up on me while i started to ask a question, "ok thank you" click, call ended so it wasn't an accident. 2 years still no MRI test, left a voice message days ago, no response. I requested it twice so far, assuming it was not sent. Front desk staff used to be good years ago...

This is the first time I am providing a review in my life! Dr Mercy Akinsipe is the best doctor I have ever seen. I have seen many specialists and doctors in my life but Dr Mercy is the only one who treats you like her own family and really does her best to help you with any of your medical concerns. She has stayed several hours after her own business hours until late nights and also on her days off, to go over my medical concerns and reviewed my files and has provided the best advice and solutions which has been very impressive! She cares about her patients like family and always give you the best answer. She is very smart and kind too and always listens to you patiently. Truly she is the best family doctor that my family has ever had.

I think I already rated the clinic and gave 5 stars because of the doctors and the old staff. I love my doctor, Dr. Gill is so professional and human. My experience with the other doctors is amazing as well. But this new staff with all honesty deserves no star, almost of them to be fair, they're unprofessional, no smiling, rude on the phone and coming with new rules, if patients are talking loudly on the phone in the waiting room they don't care. I am not sure if the doctors know what's happening.
It was always a pleasant experience coming to the clinic, but not anymore.
Thank you to the old staff with the filipino girls. They were so nice, courteous, and human. Missing you!

Honestly the best medical clinic.

I have been seeing Dr Doherty since I was about 11 years old - about 17 years. Since ive moved away, I’ve made the mistake of trying to find a different family doctor. A MISTAKE.

I now live about an hour away and have found my way back.

To be very honest, the reason why the wait times are so long, I find, is because the doctors are so detailed in regards to the care they are giving. I’ve never felt rushed. They patiently wait for you to explain all of your concerns and go through all the findings with you one by one.

I highly recommend this clinic. Highly highly recommend.

I've been seeing Dr. Mercy Akinsipe for over a year now and she has changed my life. If you are a woman and want to be taken seriously by medical professionals I can not recommend her enough. She actually listens and cares about her patients. I never feel rushed or dismissed and in general I have never had a bad experience at this clinic. The front end staff are always so nice to me and I'm in the clinic pretty frequently. Sometimes I do have to wait a little past time for my appointment but I can understand how a clinic can get busy and behind schedule. It's never an exorbitant amount of time to wait either. Plan for the extra time just in case and have some empathy for the staff. Overall, I am very grateful for Dr. Mercy and her team for taking such good care of me as a patient.
