Extremely Unprofessional and Disorganized Clinic

I posted online looking for a family doctor, and a nurse named Tina reached out to me from this clinic. She initially told me it would only take 30 minutes, so I made time to visit. However, instead of asking basic medical questions, she went off-topic, and the meeting felt unstructured and unprofessional. I left unimpressed.

Then she contacted me again, offering to help me find a family doctor. Although I was busy, I agreed to come at 2:30 PM on Wednesday. I even received a confirmation text in the morning and an email stating the same time. But when I arrived, the clinic was closed.

I waited 10 minutes, called three times, and even sent an email — but got no response. The next day, I was told that I was a no-show, and they offered to reschedule. I agreed to try again on Saturday.

When I showed up on Saturday, Tina — who had booked the appointment herself — looked at me and asked, “Why are you here today?” blaming the clinic for the miscommunication. That was the final straw, and I walked out.

This clinic is completely unprofessional, disorganized, and clearly not ready to handle patients. They don’t keep track of appointments, don’t respect people’s time, and don’t even seem to know their own patients. I cannot trust a place like this with my health.

I’ve lived in Vancouver for years and have never experienced a clinic with such a poor system. Avoid at all costs.

After over 2 years, multiple doctors, dermatologists and medications, I was referred to Dr. Fedyeyeva at Ihealthmd on Marine Dr. In North Vancouver. She said we need to think outside of the box and she was right. Below are my before and after photos with no makeup other than my eyebrows 😉. I am so happy to finally have this dealt with. I almost cried when I saw my results starting to be visible. I recommend her to anyone struggling with skin issues, especially if you’re over 40
